Really enjoyed this one! I had Gullian Barre when I was 9. made a full recovery but have always been `clumsy` my whole life after that. I was one of those kids (and as an adult) who would catch 3-4 colds a year and it would take 3 weeks before I was completely recovered.
Interestingly I have rarely had a cold since starting with whole grains to make bread in February. I had one cold this spring that was over in three days (caught it from my husband who was sick for more than a week). Then a cold in June (caught it from my husband again) that laster only 24 hours! This has never hoppende to me before in my 64 years of life. It might not be the bread but nothing else has changed in my life so… 🤩

Great testimony. We have been on the bread for 6 months and have both had clean colonoscopies!

I love Michal Grappe’s recipes for fresh milled flour!! I have made so many of them I have found on Pinterest. My favorite has been the sausage and cheese muffins. Thank you for sharing her story

How much bread do you have to eat for the warts to go away? I've been milling my own flour for 2 yrs, making bread, and every other goodie you can think of. We cut out seed oils, sugar. Eating real food. My daughter has been battling warts on her fingers for years and they are still there, haven't disappeared 😔

Are you asking your bread with flour that you just mailed? If you ket 5he flour sit vir hours or days it looses the nutrition dry quickly. Especially the vitamin E which is the first nutrient to be lost and that is the most important nutrient to boost your immune system to get rid of virus causing the warts.

What kind of grain are you milling and making these items with? The Hard Red Wheat is really best for warts. How often is she eating it?

I don’t know about warts , I had night hives and fresh milled bread stopped it completely when two meds wouldn’t touch it. What I did was eat two to three slices of fresh milled bread a day using hard red and Emmer berries then transitioned to 2/3 hard red and 1/3 spelt berries. I’ve been free of the night hives for two years now but if I go three days without the bread it quickly comes back. My experience

Sue do you drink water from faucet? If not what do u do for water that hasn’t been treated? Also, I heard someone say not to use faucet water with the home made bread to use distilled water. Can u talk about those subjects soon or provide a link if u have already covered them? Thank you. Learning so much!

Hi! I'm not Sue but I personally would never drink or use tap water for anything I'm consuming. I don't use distilled water, I just use water filtered from my fridge & I make sure my filter stays up to date.

Are u talking like a brita pitcher filter or u just mean water hooked up to your fridge? If latter isn’t that the same as tap just going thru filter? We have a filter on our tap but does it really filter out chlorine?

What are your thoughts on adding vitamin c powder? 1/8 of a tsp to a yeast loaf recipe?. Bread then lasts up to a week per another home miller.(Fresh Milled Mamma)

On Michal's blog she talks about vitamin C powder. When I learned about milling I learned from her & I was trying to save money where I could having just bought a mill. So I skipped vitamin C powder & my bread has always lasted about a week!
