I’m so thankful God showed you all this & you answered the call to share with us! ♥️ I have learned so much from you & it has changed our lives for the good!
I have listened to you before, but this talk is so good to hear. I heard When you read that verse from Dueteronomy.... and i feel like God spoke through you to me today. I merely grind my wheat in a coffee grinder, but feel it's important for our health. Money is tight, and i was deciding if the extra 7 or 8 miles was worth it to get more wheatberries. The answer is unequivocally YES. Thank you, and God bless you and your family With a cornucopia of joy and goodness.
Sue, thank you for this updated message. There are so many that are waking up, and this is the nutshell we all need to hear, or be reminded of. WHY we do, what we do.
Are whole grains considered high in Vitamin K. My grandson has a heart condition and he has to take warfarin and can’t eat green leafy stuff and a few other things that causes his blood numbers to get all messed up. Do you know anything about this or how to figure it out. I would like for him to be able to eat the things I cook with FMF. Thanks for any info you have on this.
Good morning! As a nurse, I would not take on the task of answering this question. You need to get a nutrition consult with a registered dietician, that specializes in pediatric health. AND, before you jump on the band wagon, look for references for EACH one and ask the Lord to show you which one won't be pushing more pills for the young lad!
Yes, freshly milled flour contains vitamin K, as well as other vitamins, enzymes, and minerals. Of the 44 nutrients needed by our bodies, only 4 are missing - vitamin A, B12, and C, and the mineral iodine. Here are some additional nutritional facts that you may find helpful - www.breadbeckers.com/blog/deception-of-enrichment/.
It's getting easier to see why God is angry and why Judgement is coming. Isaiah 27 gives a view. Apparently, there are plenty of healthy grains available while the poor starve, we dont release debts, or let the land rest Edit: Meant to say Isaiah 24 but 27 is good too about God’s sword. I am a bit tired...
