Thank you Sue you have no idea how thankful I am. I am just now getting started in milling our own gains. My husband is a type 2 diabetic. We live a Mediterranean lifestyle and we're homesteaders. I had no idea eating whole grains could give my husband his life back since he cut out carbs. He is miserable. Until now, I'm learning everything from you.

Enjoying your videos but regarding adding baking soda to beans, thiamine is B1. Riboflavin is B2.

This is the last needed addition to our diet. We do eat them, but, not enough. I'm actually adding it to the bread. Thanks Sue, this is wonderful.
