  • Sarah McKelvey's journey of how REAL BREAD has changed her life is so familiar! Sarah's story began when someone decided to "spread the bread" with her during her young son's battle with constipation. She shares her amazing story with Sue Becker, while revealing that there's much more to this story than she can share in this episode. Make sure to tune back in next week as we continue her family story, with her doctor-diagnosed-celiac sister, Hannah, who has also found true "food freedom" in REAL BREAD!

Love.This.So.Much!!! I deeply regret having my gallbladder removed prior to discovering the benefits of freshly milled flour along with gut health.

Start where you are. Don't look back! You should still be able to eat whole grains with no gallbladder. Be encouraged!

Thank you so much for being so dedicated to bring the real bread and how good it is for us. I was so worried about my husband liking the whole grain bread, well while I waited on my mill and mixer I used a manual mill I had and making it in a bread machine. He really likes it and I've bowed not to purchase any more store bought bread . You and your programs and teachings have blessed us so much. Your encouragement means more than you will ever know.

She said she got a 'Zo;' she means, Zojirushi (bread machine). Definitely need a mill, and not necessarily a 'Zo,' but it's SO easy and what I usually use for bread.
Quickest & easiest are Sue's muffin recipe(s), and no 'Zo' is needed! I l♡ve the blueberry muffins!
