I love that dual garage design. It will def be on my list for a retirement home if we can swing it. I also highly doubt the hoa wouldn't approve the slab in the back. It will look much better than gravel for sure.

Now who is your electrician, because that is the first new house I have seen in that area, using Electrical Conduit instead of Romex(otherwise known as Non-Metallic sheathed cable), because I want to use them when I get around to building my house down there. (Have 2 acres off of Old Niles Ferry Rd.) Keep up the good work on the house and the videos!👍
