He's been great in everything he's been in. He was fantastic in his bit part in O Brother Where Art Thou, he was great as Bill Dautrieve in King of the Hill. Of course can't forget him in News Radio.
I was just watching an old video clip of Percy Dovetonsils (Ernie Kovacs) . It immediately reminded me of Milton from Office Space. Would love to know if that character was the inspiration for Milton’s eyeglasses and lisp.
I've been reading the Gray man books for years. Everytime Matt Hanley is in the book I imagine Stephen Root. Always have. He's perfect for the character.
Because Office Space is just about the funniest movie I've ever seen, only Young Frankenstein had the writing, casting, production to get close. Root is what every actor should aspire for, man never puts his foot down wrong.
