Hart 4 tool combo kit battery issue red light blinking

I purchased a HART brand 4-tool combo kit from Walmart during the Black Friday sale for $98, aware of HART’s reputation for quality tools. However, I encountered an issue where both batteries fail to charge, indicated by a blinking red light regardless of the charging duration. While I’m aware there are solutions to this problem, it’s important to note that this issue is a common problem with HART batteries.

I jumped my hart battery with a laptop charger, saw it on a video and it worked for me

I tried that solution on RUclips videos, but it didn’t work. Then I went back and got a different one from the store. Now everything is in good condition.
