I never comment on youtube videos (it's been years since my last comment) just had to leave this one to say thanks! I had 4 Hart batteries that wouldn't charge. Your fix solved all of them and saved me hundreds of bucks. Amazing. Thank you! These circuit boards have some kind of moisture detection that permanently disables the battery when they get damp. Convenient for Walmart because you have to buy a new one. And if you return it under warranty they probably hook it up to a chip programmer and flip a "I got wet" bit in the memory then send it back out as-is. I live in a rain forest, so just the moisture in the air is enough to trigger this moisture detection eventually.
