      Can I skip pastry flour?

@@thedisappointingchild435 Hi! Yes, you can skip the pastry flour. You can use all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, or even a gluten-free flour blend instead. The texture might be slightly different, but they should still taste delicious. Hope this helps!

Sure! You can totally use gingerbread spice instead. Start with about 1 tbsp, or adjust to your liking.
