Thank you for this video 👍🏾
Question: Have you tried to turn off read/write? When I turn it off, it comes back on whenever I switch to the next sequence.

I have turned it off and on but not done automation yet with it. I’ll give this a try.

Honestly, no one should be changing the instrument on it's respective track when going to sequence to sequence. That's poor studio etiquette. That's like someone doing that on reel to reel back in the old days. You wouldn't be allowed back in the studio if you tried that. It has to be organized. Anyone who does that crap isn't a professional and should just stick to being a hobbyist. I was taught those simple organization skills in the studio since I was 14 years old.

This is a standard, It’s not even much of changing the instrument on the track, it’s changing the track position. Because tracks are independent within programs it is possible in 2.15 to change their position sometimes in a bid to rearrange a a sequence. But here if you change the position it will reflect in all sequence.
Take for instance you have 4 tracks in sequence A and you copied sequence to new sequence B then added another track to B making it 5. You go back to sequence A and copy it to sequence C because you feel you don’t need the new track 5 in sequence C, which still has 4 track, it is easy to put a different track on Track 5 of sequence C. And that’s where the issue is, it shouldn’t be possible by hardware design
