Hey Mike, those look like a pretty good option. The bluetooth operation cleans up the wiring issues. I must have music, otherwise I’m stuck with the voices in my head when I ride the Fatboy. I just got a full face and added Cardo. First time for me. Also setup Nana with new helmet and Cardo. I’m so impressed with the system and sound, that one day, when I buy another touring scooter, I might skip the factory stereo system and just use my phone. We learned it’s extremely important to get headset speakers placed properly… when you do…it’s freaking amazing. It’s also a learning experience to get the microphones setup. Took us one trip to Kansas and by the time we got there…they were money. Cheers

I have the boss system (4 speakers)installed on my 21 Heritage with 21” windshield and I am super happy with it! I can hear my musics even with a full face helmet!
I have tried 3 helmet speaker systems and only listen to Bluetooth via a mp3 player, music only/ no phone calls. Living in northern Nevada most of my riding is at interstate speed currently on a 2018 ultra classic. I average 25k per year and attend 8 rallies per year. here are MY thoughts/results. Sena= up to 4 years ago this is all I had and do not know how the new versions are. They worked but were cheap sounding, so I tried U-Clear. U-Clear= I have both corded and Bluetooth versions. Great sound, operate them at 60% volume, 9.5 hr. battery life,1 hr. to fully recharge. Removable head unit, toss it in the glove box via USB cord to charge. Push button/ soft switch controls just a bit small/ harder to find with gloves on but work great. I just bought the Syphon Bluetooth system prior to riding 1k to Sturgis. The good=really great sound quality, volume at 50%, you can take your helmet off- turn up the volume to 75% and hear music perfectly sitting at a picnic table taking a break, 10 hr. battery life, 1 hr. recharge, super easy controls with gloves on. The bad= non removable head unit so you have to take the helmet to your charge point. Personally, even if I like your music, I don't want to be the neighborhood douchebag with a stereo blaring.
A few years ago JBL made a set that attached between the mirror mounts on HD I was about to buy them when they suddenly disappeared from online retailer’s.
Do they come in black? I found that on most bikes speakers are great for when you are not on the freeway and then I swap to my headset which works with my foam earplugs
Hi, great video. How do you connect the 4 speakers to communicate with each other ? And I often use usb drive on the lexin to listen to music will that still work for all 4 speakers ? Thanks
I am sure a USB but we didn’t test, there is a very simple procedure to connect the two using the buttons on the speakers, once paired they stay paired
do you need to turn on the motorcycle key (ignition still off) to power up tje speaker or can it be turned on even without the motorcycle key? coz in that case someone can turn it on even while being parked. it will drain the battery

I have the HD Fused Lo bars, 10”rise & 6”pullback. I also have the Klock windshield on my SG. Good information as I’m thinking about adding tune’s 😎

Each set has a power connection to the battery, one system pairs via Bluetooth to the other which becomes the master.

Mount 2 speakers on the saddlebag guards
We currently have 2 on there and 2 on the bars until she gets her new bars in.
How's the sound from the saddlebags bars vs the Handlebars? Any problems with the lids hitting the speakers?

This one runs off the battery so yes if it is left on it will drain the battery. The latest set we just did a video on requires the key on.
