Just what I was looking for. Most of my gym time since I was a teenager has been strength focused, not a lot of speed and agility work. Only got into practical shooting a couple years ago. The actual shooting has come along quite a bit, but my movement needs work. Lots of cases where I feel like I went fast on a stage, then I watch video of it and it seems like I'm half as fast as it felt.
