Thanks … an often neglected part of staying a good shooter. Yoga helps too.

Excellent video. After thousands of reps at the range and on the single stage reloading press, I’ve developed tennis elbow in my right arm and golfers elbow on the left arm. I’m not sure if these would have prevented the injuries but they won’t hurt.

I tell folks all the time this is the number one thing you can do to become a better shooter. Our world of convenience is not helping

Love the "Hannie Caulder" wrist roll exercise, but you didn't mention upgrading to larger rocks/weights as time progresses. However, I bet that Robert Culp & Raquel Welch would still approve of the shoulder/forearm/wrist/hand grip strength training technique. Great video!

Could you do a exercise video targeted on air/competition rifle? This is great for pistols, but the air rifle uses a lot more muscles than the wrist.

If it's not anticipation, maybe try holding weight out infront of you? We tend to be weaker the further we are from our core

Targeting these muscles without working out the entire chain is what's going to cause injury. Just do general resistance training.
