The type of person the interviewer is affects what they bring out in the interviewee. For example Graham Norton and Parkinson are both good but extremely different. Graham Norton's sense of humour brings out a lot of laughing and also sexuality in the guest. Parkinson brings out interesting things but just doesn't have that in him. Or certainly not to the same degree as Norton.

Graham norton has improved since he started,its like he blended parkinson and his own style and it has worked out as a good format,
