God, what fucking perfect descriptions of both of these actors. Its so great to see how much Garry gets how good Jeffrey is. And its not like I didn't know that. Hell, he mentions they should have done an episode where Hank runs the show and thats basically the episode where Larry is sick so Hank has to host. And Garry is barely in the episode! THAT'S the kind of trust you put in an actor you know is good. And what he says about Rip is beautiful. Could you imagine that show without him? No one could play that part like Torn and thank god Rip said "fuck it" and did the read. You can see how much that meant to Garry and it almost makes you want to cry too. That it could have all be lost there, but also imagine Garry seeing Rip do Artie so perfectly for the first time? That must have been special.
