Oreo Meringue Cookies Recipe

▶ ingredient
2 egg white
65g sugar
5 oreo
4ml vanilla extract
Pre-heat the oven 100C, get rid of the Oreo cream and smash Oreo
1)Whip egg white (If you are using hand whisk, whip by one direction)
2)Whipping by adding sugar by three separate times
(When meringue pops up add vanilla and mix)
3)When glossy and hardened meringue is ready, add to a bag and squeeze on the fan.
4)Sprinkle Oreo and place in pre-heated (100C) oven for one hour
5)Place in zipper bag or zipper lock to preserve (If use dehumidifying, you can prevent it from being sticky)
*you don't have to add vanilla extract, you can use other cookies and you can use food drier
※If salted or sugared is not written, use sugar free fresh cream or unsalted butter
