Actovists are trained to provoke aggression from their targets. They very slyly do it wothin the rules. The goal is to make the opponent overreact so they can run a demonisation campaign against them.
As much as it was a tragedy, there is a clear difference between what happened in Kent state and whats happening now tho. You even acknowledge it at the end where it was a peaceful protests vs what’s basically a trespass situation. I’m not calling for national guards to go to every campus but I agree that these places should be removed (even with force if necessary) because this is not first speech Zone once a physical occupation happens and a good portion of your student body has their safety threaten by their activism.
The amount of guests in JRE Podcast who are trying to create a propaganda that Palestinians are dying because of Palestinians is just mind-boggling. They nitpick on a few things instead of focusing on the bombs still falling on top of innocent Palestinians.
That was sad that happened at Kent in 1970. Then when the vets came home from the war they was treated like criminals that was even sadder . Vietnam was the first war that was reality news coverage. That was not good for the basic solider that had to follow order's. I do believe that we shouldn't of been in Vietnam. But know matter what no American should ever disrespect a vet...😢
@The_universal_cynic because the tuition that the students are paying to the university is going to Isreal, who is currently committing a genocide as we speak. Hence, the current protests.
So the colleges should give into the people who openly support terrorism and chant “Kill the Jews”? That’s a very pathetic Hitler mindset you have there
0:18 "they were shooting kids" is inaccurate. Men and and women can enlist in the police academy and the military while being the same age of those protestors. That's not "kids".
The one I’m most puzzled about is that the gay community has taken up the stance that they stand with Palestine. It just goes to show that people really just do whatever their group does to be virtuous.
It’s just basic human decency, you know they kill people for being gay here in the US also too right? Does that mean all the US is this way now? Regardless of how you feel about Palestinian society and culture the fact of the matter is killing kids is inexcusable. Can you say that?
It was on the opening scene of Watchmen the film 🎥 of kids being shot, peaceful protesters being shot. The opening scene of Watchmen says alot, even President being shot
Sure conflict (violence) is never the answer, but sometimes there aren't any answers and if talking doesn't get you anywhere, then all you have left is the aforementioned. Not an answer one might like, but it does solve the matter one way or another.

Actually SAD, but FUNNY he's SO IGNORANT!!!
Wasn't the bald head for the truckers who blocked entire streets in Canada during Covid ?
So what to do then ? Just ask ?
They did that in mexico to students in 1968. Tlatelolco, mexico
just from watching this clip feel like im watching a none nerdy version of Neil deGrasse Tyson….😂😂😂😂
What’s with the outrage? If the cops wouldn’t have been called in the protests wouldn’t have escalated. It’s crazy how people are throwing a fit about students putting up tents where they’re not suppose to and cover it a million more times than they do the innocent women and children dying in Gaza. 20 years from now we’ll be looking at how courages these students were just like we see the Vietnam protestors today.
💯
Never thought about that but very much the same type of situation and tempers flaring up
Actovists are trained to provoke aggression from their targets. They very slyly do it wothin the rules. The goal is to make the opponent overreact so they can run a demonisation campaign against them.
So Israel is master in provocation?
😂😂funny
Usa : we want chinese to protest against ccp
Also usa : how dare you protest against your own country ?
The irony of joe saying you can't just take people's land and things.... Meanwhile that's exactly what's happening over there.....
Communism and revolution is a business strategy zionists use. This is how they enslave nations through debt and usury
As much as it was a tragedy, there is a clear difference between what happened in Kent state and whats happening now tho. You even acknowledge it at the end where it was a peaceful protests vs what’s basically a trespass situation. I’m not calling for national guards to go to every campus but I agree that these places should be removed (even with force if necessary) because this is not first speech Zone once a physical occupation happens and a good portion of your student body has their safety threaten by their activism.
they took someone hostage and beat up a jewish girl.
@@nullakjg767 running up to the events that happened in Kent state? Never heard that side of the story
@@leonardoespino9780 im talking about the UCLA and colombia situations.
@@nullakjg767 oh ok make sense…
@@nullakjg767both of those are outright lies.
Doesn’t matter if it’s on private property. That private property is on American soil.
I work at the airport, El Al, the national Israeli airline has 24/7 armed guards, watching over their airplane
The amount of guests in JRE Podcast who are trying to create a propaganda that Palestinians are dying because of Palestinians is just mind-boggling. They nitpick on a few things instead of focusing on the bombs still falling on top of innocent Palestinians.
Its obvious Joe, Tim Pool are afraid to criticize IZZRAHELL
who let this toddler out of the school dafuq
How old are you guys ? I knew about this when i was 8.
It was the heartbreaking marker to the end of the spirit of the late 60s.
A majority of the country agreed with the National guard according to polling conducted shortly after.
It’s because the student shot off fireworks and the National Guard thought they were being fired upon
Joe, I have the same fear.
How has this man never heard about what happened at Kent State?🤦🏻♀️
Wow! Rogan being a hypocrite. Criticizing camps but supported the Truckers in Canada camping on the roads.
Well, check the history of the October 2nd in Tlatelolco, Mexico city. 1968.
You cant just take over places, tell that to the blacks that did sit ins
The colleges could just end the protest by doing what the students are protesting for them to do🤷♂️ just sayin
It could but why would they do that?
@The_universal_cynic because the tuition that the students are paying to the university is going to Isreal, who is currently committing a genocide as we speak. Hence, the current protests.
So the colleges should give into the people who openly support terrorism and chant “Kill the Jews”? That’s a very pathetic Hitler mindset you have there
Summer of love 2.0
0:18 "they were shooting kids" is inaccurate. Men and and women can enlist in the police academy and the military while being the same age of those protestors. That's not "kids".
Before they were paid, Schills . The Neil Young, Jane Fonda story?
the American dream is not only a dream but it’s a nightmare too
The one I’m most puzzled about is that the gay community has taken up the stance that they stand with Palestine. It just goes to show that people really just do whatever their group does to be virtuous.
Hamas is a Trans Rights group now. In their eyes.
It’s just basic human decency, you know they kill people for being gay here in the US also too right? Does that mean all the US is this way now? Regardless of how you feel about Palestinian society and culture the fact of the matter is killing kids is inexcusable. Can you say that?
Shit, I didn’t even know about the Kent shooting.
Look into why it happened. It's a horrible thing that happened but know what you are talking about for yourself.
Kent State is the first thing I think of.
It was on the opening scene of Watchmen the film 🎥 of kids being shot, peaceful protesters being shot. The opening scene of Watchmen says alot, even President being shot
I bet Joe's got a bunker ! It's looking that way.
So if you are rich enough.....you can have armed guards legally?
Joe inventing a senior and then Made a judgment on it ............ What a JOWORLD
Whats to fear ? Depends on what they were doing. You all just found out about that ? Friggen REALLY ?
Peaceful protests don’t do anything. If they did, they wouldn’t be allowed. Nothing was every accomplished through peaceful protests
Woodstock, The Manson Family, and Kent State all put the counterculture to rest for good.
So… where’s Bert?
>Deric trying to have a funny podcast
You gotta stop with the these are kids. They are adults. Not saying anyone should be shot at all.
Sure conflict (violence) is never the answer, but sometimes there aren't any answers and if talking doesn't get you anywhere, then all you have left is the aforementioned. Not an answer one might like, but it does solve the matter one way or another.
🤡
If what the students are standing up for is false then I can understand this line of thought, if not then why waste efforts and use violence when the college can instead acknowledge their message and maybe even adhere to it. Do you agree with their message?
@@mohammadissa3418 Nope I don't. But what a group of people is standing up for is not the issue as I was talking about conflicts in general and in reference to what Joe said about those who plea for it.
Such a lie. Biker gangs came in being violent and then the shit went down.
wars started by men to old to fight for men to young to die ... power of love over love of power .... HAKAD
I’m 26 and I’ve known about Kent state since I was at least 10. This guy doesn’t have much knowledge
ive been saying this for years
For what kids are paying to go to school these days, they should be able to camp out wherever the fuck they want on campus.
Fuck no
@@wardy4903 Free country. People can do what they want.
Clearly joe isn’t educated on the sit in protest during the civil rights movement, it happened then why can’t it happen now? Or does it not fit your agenda of what a protest should be?????
History is not taught so that we will repeat it!
Jesus Christ, I’m Canadian and I know about Kent State! Read a God damned book dude.
1:20 Sounds just like Vietnam to me.
All the more reason to shut it down the second they break the law.
Joes repeating the exact same talking points as those who disapproved of the Vietnam war protests at the time
The tents are to symbolize the tents that are being used in Gaza. If someone wants to protest global warming they wouldn’t use a tent, Joe
Bootlickers are going to furious in the comments
Wow. Joe wants Another Kent State.
