Ah, the good old Western propaganda on the JRE. "Britain had to make a decision to go fight the Nazis"..... he simply "forgot" to mention who actually ENDED the war. THE SOVIETS. To the UK and the US, war means business, and profits, the longer a war lasts, the better for the billionaires running the show. By the way, the only country that is still legally allowed to rally out in public, flying a swastika flag is the United States, everywhere else on the planet, it's illegal. In early 1945, Allied troops entered Germany. By mid-April, the SOVIETS had encircled the German capital of Berlin. On April 30, 1945, Adolf Hitler killed himself. The German armed forces surrendered unconditionally in the west on May 7 and in the east on May 9, 1945, bringing an end to World War II in Europe. You're welcome, Britain.

In A and B the Palestinians vote in elections to the Palestinian Authority currently led by Abbas and police themselves, as well as Gaza, which became "un-occupied" in 2006. This led to rocket attacks from Gaza, which brings about Israeli retaliation. Israel has tried every option to make peace, and all have been turned down. The discussion in this war is absurd. First. Israel acted selflessly to live in peace with the Palestinians in Gaza. It was more than a decade ago when Israel itself ordered Israeli citizens who had lived there for decades to literally leave their homes. The first thing the Palestinians did in return was to elect a government that enshrined the goal of destroying Israel in the constitution. The elected government followed through with its promise. Since its founding, thousands of rockets have flown into Israeli settlement areas. Dozens of civilians died in terrorist attacks. Millions of aid funds - intended for civilian institutions - were misused to sponsor this terrorism. October 7th was just what Humus had been doing for years. Secondly. Israel behaved more humanely in this conflict than any other conceivable party in any imaginable conflict. It allowed Palestinians to work in Israel, receive medical care or even migrate to Israel. During war, they warn civilians where their military is operating. They admit collateral damage and apologize for it. The situation is clear. In no other conflict the responsibility for the suffering has been so one sided and clear - in no other conflict have the perpetrators been held accountable so weakly. People with voice and power who claim to reject war and the nature of war have a duty to unequivocally name the culprit of this war and do everything in their power to eliminate them. Everything else is responsibility for the resulting suffering and is as history has proved continuing this madness.
@@jankaufmann4305 yeah cause humus are literally a death cult that see pally deaths as heroism even for kids, they don't care about their own lives let alone pally people, all they wanna do is keep doing oct7ths and even at larger scales if they could, up to the ultimate scale. yet millions in the west march and protest for them =)) the post-truth society is a wild place
The idea that you can conduct a war "humanely" is at the root of this problem. There is nothing humane about war, and trying to prolong it only creates more suffering for both sides.
The war was started because the Israel government is trying to get the hostages back and destroy Hamas, the terrorist organiszation that was responsible for the massacre on Oct 7. Hostages have still not been returned, and Hamas leaders are hiding, thus preventing the war to end.
Calls Hamas a barbaric army because they stab and kill civilians then proceeds to defend Israel for bombing and killing civilians because “that’s just war, innit?”
Meh, not really comparable tbh. One is personal, and without warning; the other is impersonal and directed specifically at soldiers, soldiers that choose to hide in areas populated by innocent lives. Weird how they went south with the flow of civilians instead of staying in an area where they know THEIR PEOPLE wouldn't be, but so is an extremist death cult, idolizing being "martyred" and hoping their civilians will feel the same.
Well Hamas did it because they hate jews and want to exterminate them in any gruesome manner. Hamas is a terrorist organisation and Israel actions is to get rid of a terrorist ruled state. I don't like that Israel is bombing like crazy but I myself know nothing of war so I wouldn't know any other alternative. I think letting Hamas continue like nothing happened is the biggest mistake and its signalling that they have a very effective tactic of making themselves untouchable
its simple really, if your sister were taken into gaza, wouldn't you support this to make them release her? if you lived near gaza, wouldn't you support this to ensure your children can live peacfully?
He lost me when he tried to convince me that this generation has not been at War for the entirety of our lives. He says we don't know what it's like to fight a war but has he forgotten about the last 30 years? Oh plus before I was born we were also constantly entangled in foreign wars. I'm not sure what this guy is talking about
He means in your own country. The last time America was attacked on their home soil was WWII. Watch a film called Red Dawn (the original 1980s one) that might give you an idea about what I'm talking about.
Listening to your logic is unsetlling. You: "Look Israel I know that for 70 years the Palestinian government has supported, funded, and taught terrorists who rape, murder, and kill Jews simply because they are Jews, but you should just lay down and take it. I mean look, even though we are rewarding terrorists by refusing to kill them if they hide behind their own familie's lives, not to mention allowing them to repeat more attacks on your own women and children in the future, it's still wrong to try to kill them." The inverted morality is shocking to see.
“Innocent people do not deserve to die” When Hamas says they will conduct October 7 attacks again and again, that is exactly what Israel is trying to prevent. Why can’t you see that if you don’t want endless innocent deaths year after year ?
See Dresden, WWII. Civilian deaths are always terrible, but this war was started by an action of terror by Hamas, whose strategy is always using civilian human shields. Why did they never build bomb shelters for their people in 15 years? They were receiving billions in aid.
@littlecatfeet9064 you do realize that Dresden was condemned by the allies and why international law was created...at this point why even discuss war crimes?
Saying that casualties are okay for the right reason and colonized people were right to uprise against colonialists is basically an argument in favor of what Hamas did.
Takes a lot of balls to sit there and tell another nation to open up their borders and give a piece of their land to someone else. All while not giving anything themselves.
This man could not have said it any better. Hamas was chosen by gazans and recent polls show that 70% of gazans still stand behind hamas and what hamas stands for. Gaza was given to palestinians under the agreement that they would stop attacking. Gazans have chosen to keep attacking and people were dancing in the streets when hamas did so.
The amount of factual selectivity makes me wanna throw up. Maybe just start with the fact that Israel is in a apartheid state? As deemed by nearly every human rights group out there. INCLUDING THOSES IN ISRAEL
For a moment, imagine the reaction to the Iraq War if TikTok was around to broadcast the deaths of 100s of thousands of civilians. People are getting a front row seat to what happens when humans go to war.
Classic anti-Israeli non sequitur. He is talking about young western ignoramuses who support Hamas because they are "oppressed". They aren't. If they used the billions in aid money the west has sent them for anything other than making their leaders in Qatar billionaires and bombs, they could be a flourishing people. But they aren't and they are two b*tch made to admit it's their own fault.

We dont know the true numbers . The death counts come from hamas. Probably greatly exaggerated. But yes israel doesn't care much about them anymore. And who can blame them at this point?
The problem is the civilians in gaza protect hamsas if there were 500 jews in a hospital, Israel wouldn't be in a hostile area and could send people in and not have to bomb

I am sure he will have him on someday
Joe’s comparison doesn’t work though. The majority of Mexicans do not support the cartels. However, the majority of Gazans do support Hamas. At what point is one is free of personal responsibility and who determines that? The Gazans voted for Hamas and they haven’t left power since. They’ve made their bed, now they must lie in it.
The United States didn’t stop the war with Japan after the Japanese death toll exceeded those lost at Pearl Harbor. They finished the war and stopped the threat of Japan regrouping and becoming a threat once again.
Dude definitely expected Joe to just fold on him and agree. It's not ok to kill innocent people, it doesn't matter how many words you use to explain it, how much it was done in the past, or whose homeland you're attempting to establish.
He didn't say killing innocent people is "ok". He said the deaths of innocent people is unfortunately unavoidable in war. Especially when their own government is using them as Human Shields, building bunkers under their homes, fighting out of uniform, and firing from behind them.
@@dshappir watch it again man. Joe makes a point that he wouldn't be ok with "unavoidable" deaths if they were Jewish. Bombing a hospital is not "unavoidable".
Nah it was more like not wanting innocent civilians to be killed over and over and over again. Whereas they take out Hamas now and it should be over unless palestine attacks again
Everyone always misses the fact that the civilian deaths from bombing is a result of hamas and not isreal. When they drop leaflets and make phone calls to try to move civilians and hamas doesnt allow them to leave, the blame isnt being put on the right side for their deaths
And getting worse. Mossad is full power right now with shutting down the protests and putting sheep like this guy in front of cameras. He says make a moral judgement, I don’t think he knows what morals are.
This is what it looks like when the "who the fuck is this guy" dude understands a conflict better than most "experts" on mainstream media in the west... A couple of points about the average Gazan not having a say: There are two ways to look at it: if he participated in the war somehow, he was a combatant (and yes, it includes 16 year olds passing IDF locations to Hamas). If he wants to live peacefully next to Israel the only chance he has is if Hamas is destroyed (Hamas will not go down peacefully because Gazans want them to, the West will not help them and that's that).
Sorry man you had to be put through that I tried to join the military at 19 but I had a withdrawal Caesar from alcohol from bad choices I wanted to be a fighter pilot and fly f-16s and if I couldn't fly them I wanted to fly the f-15 strike eagle thank you for your service❤❤❤❤
And that is a very good thing. Zionism is without a doubt the most moral reason for a country to be created. Zionism is a good thing. The whole notion that Jewish Nationalism should be assumed to somehow be worse than other nationalisms is such obvious racism, no matter how popular that racism is. Antisemitism has always been one of the most popular racisms, but anyone who thinks that somehow legitimizes a genocidal racism that has exterminated the majority of Europe's Jews last century is the ugliest racist that exists.
We live in strange times when the term Zionist is weaponized as a normalized anti semitic slur. As if a return to what the UN has agreed is indigenous lands is supposedly bad. People like you should rather front with what you really want to say, you want Jews killed, israel destroyed, you are welcome.
A couple of thoughts. 1) The overwhelming majority of the population of Gaza voted to bring Hamas to power, AFTER the complete withdrawal of Israel from the entirety of Gaza. And that same majority celebrated the October 7 attacks with sweets and street celebrations. They’re not like the innocent Mexican citizens who have no say in the violence perpetrated by the Cartels. 2) Why do the very same people who are demanding the prohibitions against many weapons and ammunition, as well as the defunding of law enforcement, think it’s ok for a terror organization to have these weapons to fulfill their stated goal of destroying the recognized country of Israel.
Even the un won't designate them as terrorists because gaza has a right to defend itself. And israel is still the occupying milatary force of gaza according to the un and other legal experts because the zionists control the airspace, Borders, and maritime access among other things
It's pretty bold to keep asking the question of what is "morally" right, yet still implying the answer is: "killing innocent civilians is a means to an end."
Your ignorance about war, the history of war, and the laws of war, is just proof of the total failure of the educational system. I don't hold that against you. What I do hold against you is offering an opinion about something about which you know nothing.

Africa condemns Israel because we see ourselves in Palestine & the Palestinian people. This was our history, we just got lucky that we could fight our colonisers on the battlefield.
So ironic he brought up anti colonialism. This is what Palestinians feel is happening to them. Pushed out of more and more land every year, checkpoints etc. this war started years and years ago!
Someone explain to Joe that Gaza voted for Hamas and elected them to power. The Mexican people do not support the cartels the way the Palestinian people support Hamas.
Sure 75 years ago and every freakin year after that. Your colonialist mindset will not let you see that. You can’t just get away with it. Call them whatever you like, they have every right whatsoever to rise up against the people oppressing and occupying them
He’s right, supporters of Nazis don’t deserve a state or their own country, The better example he was looking for was The from the Potsdam Declaration regarding Japan's surrender: "We call upon the Government of Japan to proclaim now the unconditional surrender of all Japanese armed forces." The declaration also warned of "the inevitable and complete destruction of the Japanese armed forces and just as inevitably the utter devastation of the Japanese homeland." The nuke was dropped, Churchill said the same.. He stated, "Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory, there is no survival."
The most ironic part of this whole dialogue was when he talks about "just" causes for wars and mentions populations fighting against "colonialism" He doesn't even realize.....
"Do we defend ourselves against this seige of antisemites?" Uhm, Palestinians are also semitic people. This guy is literally suffocating us with his ignorance.

Right for the first time in my life I am genuinly convinced there is no solution possible in this particular area. Every option has fallacies and a million arguments against it. There is no solution for the Israel - Palestine conflict that will be objectively right.
only one - for the Palestinians to change their belligerent culture and to want to settle down in their state, rather than keep fighting for Israel. Maybe in a few hundred years...
That's all it needs to be when the Palestinian people advocate for and cheer on Hamas. The Palestinians made a huge mistake allowing Hamas into power, and they just keep doubling down on the same mistake, making it infinitely worse. They have cell phones, where are all the videos of the Palestinian people condemning Hamas and their actions? Oh, that's right. They don't exist because they won't condemn them.
My question is, why do we care so much about the loss of life in Israel and Palestine yet we ignore decades and decades of millions of deaths in places like in Africa.
What does Africa have to do with it? They fight between each other and can't form decent societies either in history or in modern history. Also don't use colonialism as an excuse because Ireland wasn't free until the 1920s, a tiny island and population but today is one of the richest countries in the world per capita. Even China recovered from Japanese genocide in the late 40s and managed to become the biggest economy worldwide in the last 20-30 years with the same population level and less resources. Africans just continue to fight amongst each other over religion and territory, that's nothing to do with anyone else.
@@davidglenn2739 Um not at all, the allies fought WW2 to liberate the world of Nazi’s & to free the Jews.

The most ironic part of this whole dialogue was when he talks about "just" causes for wars and mentions populations fighting against "colonialism" He doesn't even realize.....
So Islam and Arabs just showed up in Israel by teleportation?🤣
Exactly! Like he thinks this thing just started on Oct 7
Just unreal how clueless he is...
Some people are just stupid mate, anyone who thinks this war started Oct 7 is just a moron
Yeah he's got a touch of the downs
Hahahahah yep!
"Do we defend ourselves against this seige of antisemites?" Uhm, Palestinians are also semitic people. This guy is literally suffocating us with his ignorance.
And even if you accept "antisemitism" meaning anti-Jew, he leaves out the part where Israel stole the land they're on and has persecuted Palestinians for 75+ years. What a complete tool.
Lol you're playing word games. Antisemitism refers.to jews, not other semities.
@@dudebro91-fn7rz That's the most dumb thing i ever heard ... are you a westerner ?
@@dudebro91-fn7rz Of course my previous comment (not to you) got removed. But even if we go with antisemitism meaning anti joo, this guy completely ignores the history of is ray el land theft and persecution of the people who had lived there for hundreds of years.
@ShalomReza Look up the dictionary definition of antisemitism before you continue To make yourself look even dumber. I'm trying to do you a favor here.
Why don't people see the terrorists hiding behind innocent civilians as the villians ? Why are the people who are defending themselves being seen as the villians ?
Right for the first time in my life I am genuinly convinced there is no solution possible in this particular area. Every option has fallacies and a million arguments against it. There is no solution for the Israel - Palestine conflict that will be objectively right.
only one - for the Palestinians to change their belligerent culture and to want to settle down in their state, rather than keep fighting for Israel. Maybe in a few hundred years...
Dude says fighting colonialism is just and then condemns hamas for fighting colonialism.
What a guy huh ? 😂😂😂
The British Mandate was colonialism. Israel is not colonialist.
Which country is Israel a colony of ?
He's condemning Hamas for intentionally killing babies
@@fucanaoasis2000 You have never heard of settler colonialism have you
Every response is literally “But Hamas”
Yes Hamas started this. This is all their fault.
Lol
That's all it needs to be when the Palestinian people advocate for and cheer on Hamas. The Palestinians made a huge mistake allowing Hamas into power, and they just keep doubling down on the same mistake, making it infinitely worse. They have cell phones, where are all the videos of the Palestinian people condemning Hamas and their actions? Oh, that's right. They don't exist because they won't condemn them.
Well yeah Hamas is literally in control of the Palestinians
I think we know who the next pandemic will be blamed on.
@@themarketm8382 Soooo, pretty much the same thing that's happening in the middle east....
@@davidglenn2739 Um not at all, the allies fought WW2 to liberate the world of Nazi’s & to free the Jews. The Jews relocated to their homeland that the British gave them & immediately were attacked by the Arabs in Egypt, Syria etc… then we have Bin Laden directly attacking America, radical Islamists overthrowing the Iranian government and much more conflicts that were in our interests to defend. Least of all the world’s oil supply from falling into the hands of hostile countries.
What does random African civil wars have to do with that?
Removing accountability from the Palestine citizens is something I see quite a bit from people in the west. These aren’t inert blocks of wood, these are human beings that are silent and complicit with hamas has done. To act like these people can’t stand up and demand better from their leaders is ridiculous.
You can close your eyes and rightfully guess that this is an IDF speaker lmao
yeah like I can tell you are antisemitic and not so smart.
Lmfao
Your name says everything Iyad, or should I say Jihad?

Wow you really got him there 🤡
Joe, invide your old friend Abby Martin to discuss this issue
I think he doesn’t want to hear what really is going on there
He's not allow .. probably will lose some sponsorship.
Abby doesn’t come off as credible. I like her, but there are more knowledgeable and rational advocates for the Palestinians out there.
Ahh abby. The woman who refuses to denounce Hamas. Sure. Then bring on Finkelstein too. Reputable people..
Yeah, that paid Al Jazeera mouthpiece who can vomit lies with a straight face who openly admits that she doesn`t even know really what happened on Oct. 7, but that does not prevent her from parroting the lies to accuse Israel of every imaginable crime. What a waste of human life
It’s crazy how he’s justifying the death of the innocent which is a byproduct of war. “Civilian casualties are inevitable but we need war”
He basically said what hamas did is wrong, and even tho Israel is doing the same thing on a grander scale, we’re gonna call it something different and call it morally right.
