Salt & Pepper Baby Back Ribs | The Easiest Ribs Ever

  • Today we smoked some simple salt and pepper ribs on our K4L Drum Smoker. No fancy recipe, no binder, just salt and pepper. We used Livia's SPG, but we also carry Al Frugoni's S&P, and Lane's 16 Mesh Pepper. Check them out below. AND don't forget, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50!!
    These baby back ribs were smoked for about 3.5 hours, until the internal temp was 205-210 degrees. We used Jealous Devil Briquettes, a piece of Oak wood and tried to keep the temperature right around 225 degrees, however we did have one temperature spike, due to wind, up to 325 degrees.
