MaRa Eickermann yes they do need to shut up but they were right about the 1st dress. It was ok and she wanted to change whole look which would cost more. Better to find another dress aka her pick which was pretty and only $750

Honestly when I get married Im only taking my mom and my best friend ( I wanted to bring my moms mom too but unfortenaly she died not long ago bc of cancer) Im not taking the whole family hell no.

I chose my own dress with out anyone with me. I cannot be bothered dealing with others and their crap. I plan to surprise everyone especially my man. Others have no choice now but to deal with it.

To be fair, that would have meant completely altering the neckline. That dress was already slightly over budget, and the alterations would have added an extra $400-500 in costs
I kept hearing from them ‘I don’t like it’ , ‘I disagree!’ , ‘I see you in that silhouette walking down the aisle (wearing the dress she hates the most’ They were not even thinking of what she likes first until she managed to convince them. People can have an opinion but if the bride says they don’t want that dress, they have to suck it up and respect that SHE IS THE ONE THAT MAKES THE FINAL DECISION.

I just love this bride. Everyone was kind of putting pressure on her. Neither once she blamed entourage or she let it affect her mood or decisions. She seems soo sorted in her head. Stuck to the budget and knew getting married to her best friend was more important. Great personality👍

I’m so glad the bride stuck up for herself and didn’t listen to other people. This is her wedding she doesn’t need to be pleasing other people but herself. And besides the dress she picked was a whole lot better than what her family picked.

.... I think she has been (apart from the happy charming Irish channel), one of my favourites brides ever. She knows what she wants, refuses to let others (her aunt is an opinionated aggressive overbearing personality) bully her or make her feel insecure about herself. I would adore to have the brides sassiness and confidence - would make life so much easier all round.

The mother and aunt are there for giving ADVICE at best not for choosing anything! Because in the end of the day, it is only important if the groom likes it (which is 99% of the case LOL) and if the bride likes it. PERIOD!
