This video will be a great help to me. I am working on my '39 Chevy front seat and I am in the design phase right now for the cover. You are fitting it like a tailor makes a custom suit. The seat padding was originally cotton batting, which the mice loved, and I am replacing it with foam. This technique will be my guide when fitting the new upholstery. Thank you so much.
Hello my friend. Do you have a video showing how to recover a 88-98 chevrolet pickup truck bench seat? This seat's are glued to the foam and I can't get it off without tearing up the foam. Thanks, Phillip Hall
slick! have a question - what is the black & white fabric that was around the sides of the seat base (visible at 4:40)? it's exactly what i'm looking for.

That's a tweed fabric, brand name is Duramax, don't know the color name right now though
@@jimbob4859 found it, thanks!
What is the name of that gray plastic that you sew on the bottom to attach the cover to the frame? Do you have a link?
