As a cyclist, I actually looking for this far places as my turn around point to eat or have coffee before heading back. Just had Andy’s Crispy dinuguan for dinner. They have a branch here in QC. Love the flavor. My go to order pag kulang ang dinner! Yum! And then I chanced on the video you had for this a year ago! The best! Parang kasalo ko kayo kasi I’m eating and tasting the same dish you featured which is great.Relate ako sa description mo sa dinuguan. Wow!
I use to have a similar coffee in india. A bit of almond milk, boiled coffee with ginger, sweetened with jaggery (if im not mistaken its same as panutsa)
