Always vibin' with your vlog chef especially the malabon vlog..if you want to try something like some other open resto of shawarma, you might opt to try the shawarma resto in blumentrit near españa cheap but flavorful especially their white sauce..and what's great is you can do a double vlog because it has a pancit cabagan beside it..more great vlogs to come chef!
Behrouz used to be just a small stall (near the first stop/map pin) beside the first Club Dredd on Scout Tobias. Kabab/Taka/Ox Brain was sooo inexpensive back then.

I'm a big fan of Behrouz as well, It's a classic place for Mediterrainian good food. Recently, I tried ordering the Kebab rice at Bill's Lounge in Eastwood, Oh yeah! Meat smells good and juicy. Try it for flavor!

Beef kebab nila ang pamatay noong 90’s with roasted pita, roasted tomato and onion, motabol and/or humus, and cow’s brain.. Wrap it all sa pita then bite😋.. Sa tabi lang sila ng Dredd noon sa Timog. Yung Iranian owners pa mismo nag lalapat ng marinated meat sa skewers nila bago ibbq sa harapan mo..

This is my favorite kebab place. They have branches in the metro and the south, since I live in Laguna dinadayo ko pa talaga ung branch nila sa Paranaque 🤣

Grew up in the scout area. Behrouz (the original) started in the early 80's diyan sa Scout Tobias and was the go to for good shawarma. Tent lang yung store nila before. But it was always full of customers.
The thing that I notice about shawarmas is that the mainstream brands aren't good, I really don't like it, but the unknown ones like a hole in the wall, or like this place when Harisson plaza was still open, it was unbamed but it was better than any famous shawarma place with ads and sponsors, also the pita bread of the mainstream ones arenvery sweet, it ruins the entire dish, that's the one thing I hated
