Hi jp I just want to say I lost connection with my Filipino roots over the years but by watching your shows it's revived a love/interest for Filipino food and culture in me, in my opinion you're one of the best chefs out there who continuously try new things something which celebrity chefs I feel don't do any more and which makes them boring, the exciting thing about your cooking is it's unpredictable but we know it'll be a masterpiece at the end, keep it up 👍🇬🇧
This was a short video of a staple Pinoy comfort food but I actually learned a lot of techniques off of a simple dish. Reminds me to never skip the basic. Sarap chef!
yung boses ni chef.. soothing.. ndi maxadong excited.. ndi boring... saktong sakto lang.. tapos pag mag salita.. ndi maarte.. walang unnecessary accent at walang pa konyo effect. normal lang. i like it alot.. as for me the tone.. the delivery.. the words are equally as important as the content.

Chicken adobo from yesterday's left over to adobo flakes sinangag tossed with garlic longganisa and roasted garlic tapos pritong talong and steamed kangkong with bagoong!

Solid recipe. I don't really get those pinoys outside the ph that marinates the protein. You don't need to msrinate it. Just cook it properly the protein will suck all the liquids while boiling/simmering
