- I remember eating so much kansi soup growing up in Bacolod. I’d even have it during my birthdays because I love it so much. Haven’t been home in a while, so I just made some on my own. Here’s my version of a kansi soup that I made for me and my wife.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I always try to find other ways to make sabaw out of bulalo meat, oxtail etc. I have not seen batwan sold in the states. I probably have to look harder. Can’t wait to try this.
