This video is the best one i've seen on condenser replacement on this type of Chevy Cruze. The pace was realistic whithout skipping anything.
I like the way he explained in detail,I have 2011 chevy equinox a little different
This video was excellant. After I took the clip off, I discovered I had an 'extra' radiator, which I found out was an auxiliary transmission cooler, perhaps because my 2018 Cruze is a turbo. It was in front of the condenser, but had two plastic pods on each end which provided support for the transmission cooler. My problem was knowing where to push or pull to remove them. I looked the part numbers up and saw pictures of the part and inferred what in would take to detach them. I'm surprised I have not seen anyone mention this 'add-on.' I found another site that dealt with this situation, and it helped somewhat. It appears you have remove the bumper to get acess to the driver's side plastic support so you could lift up the condenser on that side.
Would this be the same for a chevy trax?
This is a great video thank you for this.
Where is the reciever drier in this assembly?
Hello and thanks for a great video, very helpful but i have one more question please. Is it necessary to refill ac gas after replacing a condenser? The old one was not leaking i have to replace it because it has bent after a small accident. Thanks.
Thanks for the wonderful video, any videos for replacing ac compressor and hoses for the same car or Trax
Very informative 👏
Do you have a video on replacing the Compressor?
your repairs are on a fairly new car. What's going to happen in 15 years to these push pins and plastic?
Great video - could you provide part numbers for the rad air baffles? These are shown being removed at approx. 6:00 - 6:15 in the video. I think I have L/H but missing the R/H - following a front-ender on my son's 2015 cruz, this video has been an awesome benefit,,,,,anyone, anyone
How do I replace the inter cooler? Do you all have a video on that? I couldn’t find one from you all.
Nice job
Was there a culprit for all that gunk by the drain pan and up in the engine bay? Mines got that same issue and I’ve replaced my valve cover gasket. Unfortunately I think it’s the head gasket
Is there a way to replace the ac pressure switch without removing the whole bumper?
How much would this usually cost a customer?
4:38 what is that piece your holding, is called?
Bottom stud on the condensor how did it come out ?
Not easily it seems
You don’t have to take the bumper off for
All that
Mine squirts yellow liquid out what is that
+Dorian Hereora We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it.
