RUclips is the best. Say it louder YESSS❤ i feel the same way about short form content, it does feel draining and repetitive. I think some people thrive doing short form which is great but i think you and i are in the same boat with youtube being our fav that fits our lifestyle the best

Waitttt, what you said about how our mental health affects the people around us is SO true, and is helping me to think about goal setting in a different way… like, positioning what I’m prioritizing from a mindset of not just what’s best for me, but also what helps me show up as the best version of myself for the people in my life (and that’s probably not neglecting relationships to try to mark everything off a to do list, or stressing myself out so much about my to-do’s that I can’t be present in the moments of my life that I’m not “working towards something”). Not sure if that’s how you meant it, but I’ll be continuing to reflect on this. Thank you🫶🏽
