Okay, so I’m officially intrigued by this restaurant chain. (Yesterday I watched them make a shrimp toast sandwich on this channel). Can anyone tell me the name of this chain and why/who is the “kungfu sandwich man” in their storefront logo? Also: does anyone know what the “green sauce” is they put on both of the sandwiches? (It kind enough looks like parsley oil or some other herb?). Also: what is with adding some corn to the egg mixture - is that a “thing” or is it just at this chain of sandwich shops?
