Dude I too just cleared 300hrs on this game, and I had NO idea enchanting existed in this game at all... and that's coming from someone who tries to read everything the game offers me. Not sure how I missed this, I'm on my third play through for crying out loud lol
@@0rnery0verwatch Feels like a flaw in this game where you can go through the whole game w/o even needing to worry about crafting. They should force you to work on crafting and make it a game changer to make it more meaningful.
Just to clarify why some Eternal Artefacts do not work is because the two different graphic types determine if it is a weapon enchant or an armor enchant. The ones with the flat triangle top, a column of blue light and 3 little dots at the bottom are for weapons. The one that looks more contained with the spikes on the top and bottom are for armor. At 1:49 for example, the four artefacts on the left are armor type and the two on the right are weapon type.
Well the additional points in Huntsman is still useful as you'll get a damage boost from high ground. My sword and shield paladin in my group has +3 Huntsman from her gear and using bouncing shield becomes immensely powerful. Like it normally has 836 damage, but with a little elevation it reached 1024 damage.
Btw any blast mage, use Huntsman and Scoundrel realy realy well, beacuse the Damage multiplier of Huntsman is applied to all Damage, and at some point you will get Savage Sortilege and the Critical Multiplier for scoundrel is very usefull, and scoundrel in general is worth having a couple of points for any char because of adrenaline and cloak & dagger, the only kinda of mage is left out is the support/summoner type of mage but it doesnt matter that much because by end game is not going to be the one doing the damage is more like a setting tool for other char to do damage
True, but your average player isn't going to be stacking scoundrel and huntsman, and this video was meant to be a more general guide not so much for lone wolf honour mode crowd where that is more popular.
@@MortismalGaming yea but still Hunt and Scoundrel are the best stats for Mages late game, because of the multipiers is stacking with himself, so if you have 4 hunts that is 40% damage on high ground and you have 180 crit multiplier with scoundrel the damage you will do is going to skyrocket by a ton, and thats not counting Lone Wolf were you have enought skill point to do everything you want, but in 4 stack party you cant concrentrate in more than 2 element, and some point in scoundrel and Hunt are going to be your best bet any way because of the Raw Dps increase that they give
I've got 300+ hours in this game, I had no idea those eternal artifacts could be used for anything.
Same^ 😆
Same! ^^

Thanks I didn’t even know that you can enchant, and I’m getting close to 450 play and have about 90% achievements
Just now finding and binging all the DoS2 content. Such a great video

Interesting info but short on details. All I saw was you clicking on a bunch of random things quickly and I couldn't tell what you were doing.
Yeah, i got no idea what he did! 😂
I'm pretty sure most unique items cannot be enchanted, enchanting any divine, epic, etc item should work as far as I know.
I enchanted several unique items in this video that you can see, I've never had a problem with them being unique.
I have 2500+ hours - anyone beat that insane number?- I have never heard of this or seen this anywhere. Amazing. Thanks.
Whats the Blue orb? not the Source orb but the other one in his inventory?
It is a virtue token. You find them in Arx. Same as source orbs, but they grant 2 source points.
enchanting?
i've done this game 4 times never heard of it
