The Blizzuke! Nice grab. Looks like it was purchased originally from Arctic Adventures in Rosendale. Great place to buy a sled. Tom the owner always prepped the Doo’s and Cat’s for the shootout at Snodeo. All of my sleds were purchased from Tom at AA. Have a good season on it Zuke!
Perfect! You just named his new sled!! The BlizZuke!!! Cool. I looked up Arctic adventures but wasn't familiar with them. Good to know it came from a good dealer. Thanks for watching Brian. Maybe we'll see you in Old Forge this season.
Hope to see you boys up there this year.
Quite possibly. It doesn't sound like we're going to have a great snow season so Old Forge will be our go to since it tends to get more cold and snow there.
Tom is the man at artic adventure, that's my local dealer
@@845_NYGORILLA
Nice! Good to know. When I first saw the sticker I thought it was a sled rental place.
You nailed it. That sled will be reliable and won’t let him down. Super economical on oil and fuel too. Congrats Zuke! 🎉
Absolutely!! I'm so happy he got this sled. Bring on the snow!!!
Congrats Zuke well deserved Brother 👍👍👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thank you kindly! He does deserve it!! Thanks for watching tboy.
Congratulations Zuk.
Looks awesome.
You and Duk are now Twinzies.
Yes they are! We're going to have a great season this year as long as the weather cooperates.
Way to go Zuke!! Nice sled!! U guys have a nice season ride safe!!
Thanks! We're excited and ready to roll. You do the same Michael!
Congrats to your brother on getting a great sled!
Thanks. He's going to love it!
The external mic’s a nice touch to the video, good quality sound! Zuke will love the XS, it’s a great chassis.
Thanks! 👍 Yeah, I think he's going to love it too!
@@PaisteboyJust so you know your videos keep getting better and better
Thank you for saying that chuck! I really try to make my videos better and better.
Good job Zuke! You'll have some good seasons with that sled> Happy we won't be missing you on the videos this season!
Thanks! Let it snow!
Nice sled Zuke! Congrats! Happy you’re back on the snow!
Thanks! We all can't wait to get back out there.
Nice sled zuke. Looking forward to the videos from old forge this year.
Thanks Stew. It won't be long now.
Good Decision. The 800 PTeks were garbage and never reliable.
My buddy Mike had a 05 and the connecting rod on the PTO side failed and cut the case in half.
He took the ride of shame that day. 😂
Wow! I agree about the PTek but this was actually an e-tec. The second year that the e-tec was out but the first year that they put it in the XRS. Either way this one wasn't the best to us in the end. Not sure what we could have done to prevent this other than rebuild the top end without cause. Someone suggested that it could have been a cracked carb boot and it could have been but we'd have to ask Parker at this point to find out. Thanks for watching Streeter.
@@Paisteboy I haven’t announced it on my channel yet. But I won a 2024 SKIDOO MXZ Sport 600 EFI 137 a couple of weeks ago from one of the clubs I’m a member of. Sled is supposed to be in sometime this week so I can then make the trek up to NH to pick it up.
That is freakin' awesome!!! Congrats on that win! Are you excited to get this sled or what?
I am. Not sure what I'm going to do with it since it's only 85 HP. My wife still loves her Adventure. I may trade it in to replace my Axys or see if Emily has any interest in and sell of the Evo.
Ah. I hear ya. Trade it in for a Blizzard!
Nice Zuke, enjoy your new ride..
Thanks, he will do!
Nice ride!!!😎🤙🏽
Thanks!! ✌
Tomorrow my buddy and I start going through our sleds getting ready for best season in years
Awesome! Hope you have a great season!
Thanks for watching.
Awesome new sled Zuke! Would you make videos of you guys working on it? Really enjoyed the rebuild videos you did in the past!
I'll try. For now the only thing that I'm helping Zuke with is pulling the skid to remove the rear shock but I'll see what we have time to do before the snow flies.
Thanks for watching Adam!
With all the engine issues he’s had in the past Im surprised he didn’t go 1200. 5000 miles is getting up there for a skidoo 2 stroke.
Actually a modern etec is easily going to 10,000 miles. This was also too good of a deal to pass up.
Thanks for watching scotty.
Congratulations Zuke,good for you!!!
Snodeo, like already mentioned had it's good n bad.Skidoo had a sled on display and that was it,no merchandise.
The $20.00 raffle tickets for 1st place $10,000 and 2nd through 6th place of other cash values was sort of misleading by the sellers. Stated you didn't have to be there for the actual drawing today at 1pm !!! When you actually read the ticket must be present for 2nd through 6th place cash drawing!!
Thanks. Zuke and all of us are excited to get out and ride!!Thanks for sharing Joe. I would've been there if I could ride but it's 3 hours away.
That’s a great engine in a good package it’s going to be a good season for Zuke Christmas came early I wish you all a trouble free season
On the Blizzuke 😂
I agree. The 600 e-tec in the Blizzard is winner!
Thank you speeder. We can't wait to ride! Have a great season yourself.
Yes!
Nice sled Zuke! Want to end your bad luck with sleds? I think a Yamaha Apex would be a good ride for you. Glad to see the sledding videos starting up again Paisteboy.
Thanks Eric. I'm really looking forward to this season. More videos to come.
Right on Zuke Congrats man
Thanks Mark!
Nice video Paistyboy I really liked it!!
It would be awesome to see a video like this with that guy Dave you rode with & his sled , Will Dave be making an appearance this season?
Congrats on the sled Zuke it was a nice pick can’t wait to see it on trail!!
Cheers fellas ride safe this season 🤙🤙
Thanks Jack! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Maybe one day. Dave lives a little ways from us and I'm not sure when he does his maintenance. We usually just meet up and ride from time to time but I could talk to him about it.
Thanks for watching.
There'd usually next enough snow for Snowdeo Maybe for the 120 kids races
True. Haven't been able to ride Snodeo since 2018.
Curious if zukes intake boots dry rotted and caused it to lean out on that side…. Certain years I know that was a problem
It's a possibility. We'll have to ask Parker at this point. If I find out I'll mention it in a future video.
Thanks for watching.
Did Zuke quit smoking? I don't think I've ever seen a video without him burning one or 6 cigs....
Unfortunately no, he hasn't quit smoking yet. He did mention when we were done filming that he hadn't smoked a single cigarette during the making of the video and that some would notice that. We are working on getting him to quit though.
Thanks for watching John.
All the snow melted again
Yes it has unfortunately but it's so early I'm still optimistic for a decent season.
Thanks for watching Mike.
Anyone else notice the cracked side panel? Either way, nice sled!!
Yes. I wonder if someone stepped on it when placing it face up on the floor because there is no damage anywhere else on the sled.
Zuk and shag. Best names ever
Yes. Paisteboy is chopped liver. Lol. Thanks for watching.
Where does zuke play his golf?
He plays golf all over Monroe County here in upstate NY. He is really passionate about golf and plays multiple times per week. He just put his club away for the season on Sunday. Thanks for watching.
@@Paisteboy I'm from your area. I played Friday and Saturday. Might be back at it next weekend!
@@nikej24 Cool! If the weather stays warm he might go back out again as well.
I didn't think they made that chassis in 2018 ,I thought in 17' they went to a gen4
No. They went Gen4 in 2019 for the Blizzard and then discontinued the Blizzard until 2024 for the Gen5.
Awso.e video paistie
Thank you! Glad you liked it.
Siiiiiiick zuke🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Thanks Big D!
Where do you send your shocks to get rebuilt? Looking to do mine but not sure what the turn around is
It depends where you're located. We have a local friend that rebuilds shocks in Rochester. Turn around same day sometimes. I had my smart shox rebuilt by Gary Carlson (Carlson Racing) in Elma, NY. Suburb of Buffalo. Not sure on his turn around. Maybe less than a week.
There's a guy named Ken in New Hampshire that rebuilt my shocks last year, great job, great person, and great price!!!
@@PaisteboyAlden New York
Ok. Thanks Dennis. I thought he was in Elma.
I’m from Pennsylvania. Do you know if he does shipping?
Why does he keep with skidoo they always blow up tell him to get a different😂 brand.
Have you ever seen me, Gary or Shag blow up a ski doo? No. Modern e-tecs are very reliable. It's because Zuke was buying older ski-doos with questionable histories. They probably were at the point that they needed full engine rebuilds when he bought them. Thanks for watching Jeff.
2011 broken 1997 running strong lmao 30 grand for new can’t outrun the 97
Who's spending 30 grand on a new sled? How many miles do you put on that 1997 per season?
@@Paisteboy anybody buying 1 in espanola Ontario that’s who
That's way more than here in the U.S.
How many miles are you putting on that 1997? My guess is not many. Why are you laughing your ass off about someone's misfortune. We like to keep the comments positive here on my channel. Negatively not welcome.
Never buy a high mileage skidoo
I think 5000 miles used to be a lot of miles for a 2 stroke Ski-doo but not a modern one. I would not consider this to be a high mileage Ski-doo. My Blizzard had 4800 miles on it when I sold it to Dennis and if properly maintained will last another 5000 miles.
Thanks for watching Mike.
Seen some 600 etec engines go 24 000 km
That's 15,000 miles and impressive! We came across a guy on the trail with over 12,000 miles on his 800 a few years ago and a former RUclipsr had 18,000 Km or 11,000 plus miles on his 2015 600. Could have gone more but he had a warrantee on it and wanted to ride it until it blew up. Thanks for commenting and watching Holden.
@@Paisteboy I have a 600 etec with 10 000 miles. I want to see it go high miles. I had a 583 that went 22 000 km at to time of selling it. It had 135 psi each side but the guy who bought it blew it up. I don't think he rode it the same way I did
Wow! Nice. That's what happens when they make something really well and it's taken care of.
Some people don't properly warm up their sleds and that damages them. I really like the reliability of the 600 e-tec but I needed to 850 this time around.
I don't know why they keep having Snodeo when they do. With next to no snow time and time again it's pointless to keep having it this early.
Good point. They should push it out a week or two. Maybe the weekend before or after Christmas would be better.
Thanks for watching RDobbs.
@@Paisteboy Always brother.
