9:03 book of virtues showed up twice because when you reroll with d6 you put item back in pool -> get new item from this pool So there is always very small chance that when you roll item it will give you that item again Also it rolled in book of virtues because there's no books other then virtues
The sheer glee when you beat Mega Satan was fantastic, I don't blame you for not fighting Delirium either it's an achievement in itself that you got as much done as you did with that build
the only thing I hate about the music pack mattman uses is that the boss kill jingle sounds like the beat to the nutshack opening, so every single video of his reminds me of that blight on humanity
Hey Matt, I've seen you pick up dead eye with brimstone a lot so I just wanna let you know that picking up dead eye *after* brimstone has no effect. By the wiki: Brimstone, Dr. Fetus, Epic Fetus, Mom's Knife, and Technology all have the interaction "The damage multiplier that was gained before picking up this item will now be a permanent damage up." So picking up dead eye after any of those items has no effect. For some reason saving and quitting with Tech specifically removes the damage multiplier, but that is not the case for any of the other items. Hope this helps!

That's just how the library item pool works. If you don't pick up the item it doesn't get removed, works for other books as well
