    I believe that when we are disregulated , no matter how good the map is , we cannot see or witness it unless we have practiced meditation which allows us to witness the drama , illusion , maya and we can step aside and say whoa !! I am slowly coming out of my dorsal vagal complex but when I was deep in it , I could not recognize it much less intervene .

    So much suffering during the years, emotionally and physically. Fatigue, emotionally numbness and sometimes very anxious or angry, loneliness and numbness in my left leg and arm, tension in my left side of my head, that give me dizziness and brain fog.
    If the nervous system is protecting me, how can it be that I feel is just digging the hole deeper for me, and give so much suffering, does it protect me till i am in my grave? If it wasn't for my teenage son would maybe haft left this world.
    He is all i have left. All my nearest familimembers have died.
    I have earlier few year's back, go to a SE practitioner. It was very expensive but no change.
    I have done ISDTP therapy,
    Doing meditation
    Doing EFT
    Have done spiritual healing.
    In the end of the day, i has used lots of money, but no help.
