People forget about math. Lushen's amp is based only on atack. Since the skill multiplies atack and cd, there's no difference at all about wich one you will have, since you have it a lot. If the skill has many "skill-ups" that increase damage, more powerful is CD over atk, if damage increase with enemy lost HP (Ex Khmun 2 skill), more powerful CD is over atk. I use my ritesh with rage. +25k hp, +46 speed, 84% crit rate, 222% crit dam, and +400 deff... idk if its good.. i don't really have good bio runes to use with ritesh :(
Rolando Pablo The only reason I could see rites on rage is a cleave combo with luer... But it doesn't sound very good at all, he isn't zerath. Rites needs speed and hp primarily, and then comes the criteria rate. you can skimp a bit on crit rate though, and get more resistance and accuracy, since those are very good on ritesh.

It's only gonna be a 5% dip from the Fatal vs Rage argument so depends on the base stats and stats on the runes. :P

why not use fight over blade?
