I started appreciating the little “small” things of life 4 years ago and it transformed the quality of my life!! Sometimes social media can make us fall into the comparison trap despite us knowing it’s all a highlight reel… ever since quarantine I’ve been vlogging my life and honestly it helps even more in realizing how cool my life is, because I’m taking the time to compile all the good moments and just look back at them whenever life feels hard✨🦋
I deleted all my socials almost 5 months ago as well and appreciating the small things is so wonderful, I feel like I have so much more time in my day to just sit back and relax
same ! i think finding joy in small things in general gives us a better outlook on life, bc you aren't always looking for a bad thing all the time, i used to wake up waiting for something to go wrong instead of appreciating i woke up in the first place haha

Small tip: to get out every drop of the truff sauce you can easily fill some water into the glass put the lit on shake it and pour into the rest of the sauce. Love your videos :-))

here's an easy to make, delicious meal that i make (probably too often): so basically it's just pasta w tomato sauce, but oml it's so good.
(for 2/3 ppl) cut up half an onion and some serrano ham/proccuitto and mix up them up over medium heat before adding 3 cloves of garlic (or more lmfao). once the onion is transparent add like 2 or 3 small spoonfuls of tomato concentrate, a tin of chopped tomato and like half a bottle of puréed tomato. put your water to boil, making sure to stir the sauce often. when the water is boiled and the sauce starts to get a little thick, add the pasta to the water and these spices and things to the sauce: oregano, thyme, cilantro, parmesan, salt, pepper and a bit of brown sugar. every now and then when the sauce gets very think add a bit of pasta water, and once the pasta is done you can serve it up :)

a life hack for the sauce, when you run out of it put some water in the jar, close it, shake it and pour that into the cooking pot...the water will anywas evaporate later
I really needed this, I've been super hard on myself for not being productive and this helped me feel more human for having the normal at home days
hot tip: add a little bit of water to your empty pasta sauce jar and shake it up a bit, then add the rest to your pasta! you’d be surprised how much extra it gets out :’)

An amazing sauce to put on your pasta is balsamic glaze!! I get mine from trader joes but you can get it any where!
I always draw the curtains of my room at night because even the idea of someone looking at you while sleeping scares me. The view out of my window is pretty scary to look at during night.
