Wow, I'm more than impressed, I'm starting in the blues world and it's a pleasure to see talented people like you sir playing guitar, amazing (excuse my terrible English hahahaha)
I know I'm way late to the vid. However, I'm new to guitar playing and want to play blues guitar but really wanted a deeper sound than what I've heard on 6 strings. I got an Ibanez 7 string (forget the specific model right now) and am cautiously hopeful as to being a) able to learn and b) that 7 string is a good choice.
Blues Pupil just keep playing! I don’t play 7 string much, but, it’s great especially for chord solos. My bottom string is tuned to A, so it’s great for walking bass lines and going from 5th, 6th and 7th strings. Practice inversions of chords with the different bass strings. But, be patient, and keep playing! Thanks!
Michael Susano djent is a style of playing where you pretty much just chug the top string in different rythyms. It sounds cool but it gets old. A lot of us 7, 8 and 9 string guitarists are really into it.
The face every Blues and Jazz musician makes.
When the music is in you it just comes out . Man I love that guitar it’s a masterpiece.
Thanks for sharing
I had only recently moved on to a 7 string guitar. Discovering things like this makes me happy that I moved on.
Thanks, Bennie!
