Being a student and following you today this pressure of sleeping on time is solved. Thanks sir! I still am a morning person. I sleep around 11-12 AM and wake up at 6:30-7:30 AM as my body feels like. But then i make sure to put my 100% in my studies. I want to become successful just like you. Simple yet fulfilled life.

Thank you atleast someone spoke about people working in night shifts. It's been years that I am working in night shift the only big problem is not getting enough vitamin D. Please could you elaborate more on how we should make our life better keeping in mind that we cannot change our shifts

Thank you for this. I have always been a night owl (my sisters too) and I have always suspected it was genetic as my mother was a night owl and I have passed it on to my night owl sons. I have my best thinking & productively late at night. I have always thought it was quantity of sleep, not when.

I am always night owl, but in the past usually i fell asleep around 1 or 2pm. But the past few years, i only can sleep after sun rise, around 5-6 am. However i can wake up at 1-2 pm. So enough sleep, but of course everybody keep talking about my sleeping patter 😅

Btw human body also want Sun. So sleeping in day can lead to vit d deficiency

But Luke, if I am not mistaken I remember you saying the time between 11 to 2 is restorative and helps in repair, so wouldnt it be bad quality sleep if we miss this time of sleep

Can you change if it's genetic? The world's society favours early birds over night owls so it's better for everyone to be an early bird, no?

  • @naturalsleepcoach42

This is completely false info. Your hormone profiles are tied to your circadian rhythm which is properly set by full spectrum Sun light. He says it keeps changing how can that be if its genetics. Hint its not genetics. Younger people have stronger hormones than older people. Please do the research people.
