Hey sweet science fans , as we begin our boxing journey there are plenty of problems we come across and unless we iron them out they will continue to hold you back so in this beginner boxing lesson we look at 3 common problems and a simple boxing tip to help you over come these issues and learn to punch properly, this tip only works for straight punches so in this video you will learn how to jab properly and how to cross properly,
Learn the correct way to punch so you can deliver those punches with maximum speed and power including body mechanics how to build power from the floor up using the kinetic chain for ko power
