I'm still torn between the 8 qt and 10 qt. You said the 10 qt fits a whole chicken a little better... does the 8 qt fit a whole chicken then or no? Any other benefits that you've found for the 10 qt vs the 8 qt? If cooking say party wings in the 8 qt vs 10 qt do you find they both cook the same or is there a difference since the baskets are different sizes?
Never understood why quarts and not cubic inch, can't boil water in eather not pots. I bought 10 quart just for whole chicken but both so narrow not like my other air fryers with wider basket. I'm been happy with it.

The 10 quart model should have a temperature probe, it's on the left side, just pop open the little compartment and the probe is stored inside.

I have Walmarts ver of the 10 qt but it has buttons instead of the dial. Also the cooking functions on mine has reheat and warm no air broil
Buy once cry once. Went with 10qt no regrets.

Which would you think would cook better, this dual drawer 10 qt or the ninja 11 qt that wotks as a single or dual drawer?

Have yuo tried fitting the ninja megazone flex basket in these to see if it fits and works?
I use my wall oven, much better.
