    Beautifully done. The music sends chills down my spine. It makes me think of the loss of the six lives!

      Hi Adrianne, ues somber music was necessary due to such a tragedy. You may want to see my video #563 from the day of the collision and bridge collapse.

      Steve, here's my video from the the day the Dali destroyed our bridge. I couldn't fly closer due to emergency flight restrictions, but I did get some pics from the ground later. The video: ruclips.net/video/67wugT9nKlo/видео.html

    Yes, good riddance is right! The humbling part of this is when we buy something from Amazon, most likely it came on a ship like this one 😞

    I wonder how many containers had perishable goods in them? Imagine the stench...

      Yes, I heard all those refridgerated containers probably were not powered during all that time the ship was layed over.

    I don't understand why they did not remove the containers at the quay. It was a containerterminal where it was moored, right?

    • @frankoproductions6661
      @frankoproductions6661  3 месяца назад +4

      Our terminal had no obligation to unload it and we just wanted this ship gone. Also, all those containers were for elsewhere, so all would have had to be stored while awaiting means to their destination and this terminal doesn’t have room. In Norfolk, they have the room and the willingness to serve the ship owner.

      They couldn't unload it because it needed weight to be able to pass under the Chesapeake Bay bridge at Annapolis. If unloaded, the ship would've been riding too high on the water to pass .

      Yes, I since learned that as the case. Thanks for the info. Someone is tracking Dali progress in Norfolk and posting it on youtube. I saw one of his videos but will have to look for it again for an update.

      @@frankoproductions6661 I saw a couple of videos on the channel of Pickle_Zero. But I'm still searching for more videos, because it's quite interesting how the story unfolds.
