Miss vicky please make more of these hanja lessons. It's easier to learn words this way. I would highly appreciate you to make more of these videos. Love you!
As a Chinese who’s learning Korean, I sometimes find these sino-Korean words really helpful for me to build confidence in learning this language cuz I can easily understand it due to similarity in pronunciation🤣 I really appreciate your detailed explanation in the meaning of each traditional Chinese character. And finally, 메리 크리스마스!!
Oh my god...this is so easy for me to learn as many words were similar to Indian words and I know a lot about Buddhism too! That was a great lesson! You make it all so easy for us to learn and understand well!! Keep it up,you go gurl!!❤️❤️❤️ Merry Christmass! Best wishes 🥂🎄
Hearing Sanskrit from you was totally suprising. As per 3 language formula in education system in India,I studied Hindi (my mother tongue), English, Sanskrit as third language. As I am Hindu ,I can read religious texts in Sanskrit. Since I watched DOTS (dubbed in Hindi) and exciting India on RUclips (both in 2017). I thought of learning Korean after that.it is not as difficult for me or Indians in general because most Indian languages follow S.O.V. 맞아요~ but you don't need to remember the exact characters. Just the meaning behind it and how they're used in Korean would be enough. 그리고 선물이 마음에 들어서 다행이에요🙏 짧지만 준비를 꽤 많이 했어요. 조금이라도 도움이 됐으면 좋겠어요 :))
Thank you for your tutorial miss Vicky. 😇 i can read now korean language and it's a little bit slow and not yet understand what it means but i can read korean now. 😇🙏 Thank you😇🙏
As usual your explanations are very detailed and easy to follow!! 감사합니다 선생님 I always find it fascinating to learn which words are sino-Korean or pure Korean. I also wonder if learning Korean could make it easier to learn Chinese... I'm not sure since you still need to learn all the characters which are very detailed and intricate. I guess I'll find out after I become fluent in Korean, I'll definitely at least try to venture myself into learning mandarin as well.
thank u so much, Mara씨! :) And yes, knowing hanja would definitely help not just for learning Korean vocabularies but also for reading & writing Mandarin. Once you get the hang of how strokes work in characters, i'm sure it wouldn't feel too difficult.
Thankyou so much for your amazing videos. Is it possible to do one on the 사도신경 (apostles creed ). When koreans say it its so fast and the pronunciation is difficult. Anyway just a suggestion. Thankyou.
To put it simply, if the preceding word ends with a vowel or 'ㄴ' final consonant you should consider using 율 for example 백분율, 내재율, 흡연율, 이혼율 etc. For the rest of the preceding words that end with other consonant, you should consider using 률 instead, for example 경쟁률, 취업률, 출석률, 입학률 etc.
You can find the list of words we learned in this lesson here: explorekorean.net/extra-class-notes/?vid=4

i have a question like u always write J in another form can we write in both form..??
선생님께서는 "률"과 "율"의 차이가 가르치도 돼요? 감사합니다. I commonly see it attached to words such as 성공률 (success rate) and 범죄율 (crime rate). When can they both be used?
To put it simply, if the preceding word ends with a vowel or 'ㄴ' final consonant you should consider using 율 for example 백분율, 내재율, 흡연율, 이혼율 etc. For the rest of the preceding words that end with other consonant, you should consider using 률 instead, for example 경쟁률, 취업률, 출석률, 입학률 etc.
좋은 영상 감사해요. 영어, 중국어 공부하신 것, 알려주신 영상 봤어요. 많은 도움이 되었어요. 선생님의 늘 자신감과 에너지 넘치는 모습, 너무 좋아요. 고맙습니다. 이제 성탄절은 지났고, 새해 복 많이 받으세요.👍👍😊😊
