It's funny thinking back to when people were upset that Noahs gauntlet could just completely block a laser from a Ferronis. Now we know whats inside of it and it makes complete sense.
My guess was Pyra and Mythra got reverted to their core crystal state when Origin activated. Malos being in the Sword of the End is actually super fitting considering he would probably have liked to destroy Aionios as well.
I'm pretty sure the simps of Pyra and Mythra wanted them back in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Pyra and Mythra wanted to go to Elysium in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 only to find out it was a deserted wasteland Pyra and Mythra didn't need to come back in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in my opinion and I'm glad they didn't
That, or it happened when Alpha first took it over. Pneuma would've been the only one left who could face Alpha solo, so it makes sense for him to eliminate the last remaining trinity member. It's similar to the idea of AIs killing all humans because humans could shut down robots.
Malos is not really a bad "guy" technically, he is bad in XC 2 because of Amaltus who opened his crystal. I think he is always on the bad side because of bad luck, Noah (N) had the sword of the end before being a Moebius so he fought as a good guy (in the sword)
I'd say Logos is not in the sword at all but only in the sheath. Hence why N needs to put the sword of end in it to unleash attacks that combine the power of both artefacts. Something he does quite often if you look at it.
It's also something Moebius doesn't allow anyone in Aionios to do, ensuring they're always more focused on fighting instead. But something two Moebius, N and M, had firsthand experience doing. And it created the one being neither Moebius or Alpha could understand or overcome. The layers, man. The LAYERS!
So basically Kos-Mos decends onto the ocean where Pnuema & Logos's Core Crystal Lies and uses both cores to power herself back up to health!? Xc4 gonna be crazy
I was super confused as to how Alvis became Alpha and A, but this video cleared it up! Once he reawakened when Origin activated, he didn't have Klaus to shape him into Alvis, so he just became Alpha, but since he's a part of the trinity processor he collects all the data of blades, so thats why Alvis wasn't completely forgotten like other blades when they reawaken. With the power of Pneuma, Alvis was split from Alpha, creating A!
The only difference would be that Rex and Shulk would now essentially be to Origin what Pneuma, Ontos, and Logos are to the Trinity Processor, since at the end of FR they kinda become Origin's new operating system. On one hand, it's unfortunate that because of Alpha, Rex and Shulk kinda had to give up anything approaching a "normal" existence as humans, something they both seemed to value, but on the other hand it would almost certainly make them ageless since they're now basically AIs. Though at least in Rex's case it's perhaps very heartwarming because it would likely mean he just gets eternity with Mythra, Pyra, and Nia.
Regarding Malos/Logos and the Sword of the End, I personally think that the Origin metal that makes up the sword itself could hold some remnant or aspect of Logos. Given how Origin metal works, it's able to retain some manner of memories and even souls. Z himself says that Origin "Brims with the wills of those who are as unto gods." Maybe Origin itself used data/memories from the Logos core to create the Sword of the End as a sort of "Immune Response" to Moebius taking over. The passage of fate does it's thing, bing bang boom and you got the sword ending up with Noah over and over until the whole N thing happens. Just my little theory.
Alright since I haven't thought about Noah throwing the sword into the ocean since I beat 3 last year I now have this image of Pyra/Mythra giving Noah a hard time when he meets them cuz... HE THREW THEM INTO THE OCEAN. Theres so much comedic potential for fan art because of this at least to me. But knowing that Ontos is an arbiter really makes the possibility make sense now tho.
Pneuma's Blade form (Alongside Klaus's Special permission to her) probably died when she decided to sacrifice herself alongside Aion.. When Rex resonated with the Crystal, which is the first time for him since remember Adam is the original driver of Pneuma, He somehow managed to spawn 2 blades which is probably a Unique characteristic to Pneuma alone... A way to fuse and unfuse souls.. And hence Pneuma's crystal is a vital part in terms of unlocking the true power of the Ouroboros.. Logos served as an amplifier since his power is unrefined or rather unstable during FR and XB3's events... Now finding where they are can be quite tricky, but my theory is that they are also digitized just like everyone else and with how Origin Metal works as a "pseudo core cystal" where powers can be channeled (Demonstrated with Lucky 7) managed to resonate with the Gauntlet Matthew is using probably as a way to correct the world which is same as to how Rex, Shulk and the gang were "chosen" for the same role... In shorts it's Fate..
13:52 you mention the idea/ possibility of Pneuma and Logos keeping their memories, but I think this kind of contradicts Logos/Malos being alive again. Knowing who Malos was, he was influenced by his driver Amalthus to hate the world. But Malos eventually developed his OWN hatred for the fact that he was forced into it. This hatred was what made him want to destroy the world in the first place, and that hatred went beyond driver influence. So even if Malos DID come back, it wouldn't immediately change Malos' point of view. I sincerely doubt that if Malos, who we all know is a self-absorbed dickhead, suddenly just came back, would willingly let some random dude like N use his power. If Logos/Pneuma/Ontos all keep their memories (as proved by the existence of A), he would've absolutely shown himself just like Alpha and A did. But the fact that he didn't means that he either: A. Is just a recreation of Logos core without memories created by Ontos. The problem with this is that this means Ontos would ALSO have to willingly recreate Pneuma's core, despite Pneuma's core being a tool meant to counteract everything Ontos is attempting to do in the first place. B. Since it's never established that core crystals can be recreated from thin air, the "Logos" core in N's sheath is one of the two Pneuma cores (Pyra or Mythra) simulating the Logos core to fill the missing piece of the Trinity Processor by using the backup data of Logos, and the Ouroboros power is birthed from the fusions to make Flesh Eaters (as evident by the Ouroboros stones being connected to Nia's core),the re-fusion of Pyra/ Mythra cores, and everyone in the world being able to wield Blades and having the Ouroboros power latent within them. It's just frustrating because for every good explanation someone can come up with about Xenoblade 3's plot and how the laws of physics/ rules of the world work, there's almost always an equally good way to contradict it. I really dislike that the writers just decided to not give us a concrete explanation, especially considering Xenoblade 1 and 2 went so far out of their way to explain how literally everything works. And as for Malos coming back, I just really am not a fan of the notion that he did. I feel like it inadvertently diminishes the significance of Xenoblade 2's themes and its ending. Stuff like this is starting to enter Kingdom Hearts levels of confusing just for the sake of it. With all of this being said, I think your video is probably the strongest and most well-thought out case I've seen someone make about Logos.
i think restoring logos would be easy if pneuma & ontos are both present as we know from XC 2 that the trinity cores hold data of each other in case one gets damaged then they can use the data from the other 1 or 2 to repair the damaged core. we saw this when malos was extracting data from pyra/mythra to repair his damaged core. so it's safe to assume that with 2 out of 3 cores it would be possible to make a new 3rd core. we also know that pneuma & ontos were probably on each half of origin before the event horizon so once origin activated logos might of been restored at that point as well.
Throwing the Lucky Seven in the ocean. That was by design. He didn't throw it away for a selfish reason after all. It was what allowed the reboot process to finish.
I think on the Alrest side they had to restore the Logos core for Origin. I think that's why Pyra/Mythra went back into the Pneuma core. Then on the Bionis side they used the Ontos core and the Trinity Processor was reunited when the worlds re-combined and Origin was started for the first time. The problems started when Origin took a mind of its own. I think Melia and Nia had some special stasis chambers so they could be the ones to start up Origin, but when they saw Z they started working against him. Nia took the Pneuma and Logos cores to come up with weapons to fight against Z. Melia took the Logos core to make the Sword of the End, and Nia took the Pneuma core to make the Fists of the End, in additon to using her own core crystal to make the Ouroboros Stone. This is why Pneuma and Logos were not around anymore, but it wasn't until Logos fell to Z that Ontos had to re-emerge to reset the world that had become out of balance. But the process of Ontos re-emerging made Shulk and Rex and select other characters also re-emerge, but by that time Melia had been captured and Nia was forced to go into hiding. After Alpha was defeated, Shulk and Rex made the decision to leave the Logos and Pneuma cores with the City to fight against Moebius, and instead they would take the cores' place in the Trinity Processor to keep the world in balance and prevent Ontos from re-emerging again.
2024 update, in the recently released Japanese art book for the game, developer interview dialogue at the end of the book confirms that Malos is inside the Sword of the End, however they refrain from revealing other details, likely tbd stuff for the next game
The way I Interpret it is that the version of Pneuma and Logos's cores in Mathew's gauntlets and N's sheath are similar to they crystals in their weapons not the crystal that is actually them. I have no idea where The real logos crystal would be but I would theorize that The real Pneuma crystal would be with Nia which would explain why she was able to make Ouroboros stones and why she has Pyra and Mythra's swords when fighting as a hero.
I kind of wonder if you can think of Alvis as the blade of Klaus, not Zanza, then Alvis likely knew that Klaus actually wanted to rebuild the world and was repentful for what happened. So he followed Zanza since Zanza is still technically his master, but recognized Shulk because Shulk more closely resembles Klaus's will.
I feel like since aionios is a different reality Pyra and Mythra could just be a core in aionios and not back home. It would make no sense for takahashi to kill of two beloved characters off screen.
Yeah I believe every pure blade reverted back into their core as Aionios and the only ones left are flesh eaters or born from a human and blade as they are technically born as a permanent blade eater if that makes sense the only reason I can see this being the case is because their original combined worlds the trinity processors were just that processors
My issue with Logos core being back, and I agree that it could only be through Ontos, is that the lack of Pneuma and Logos is what caused Ontos to go Alpha-mode in the first place. What I think is happening has to do with Origin Metal in the first place. Origin is a replica of the Ontos core essentially, it's entire architecture being based on it. Ontos, like the original Pneuma and Logos cores were at their heart simply informationen processing units. The same applies to Origin in Xenoblade 3. Through the processing of emotions that it can gather from its user, it takes form and shape like a Blade in XC2. The sword of the end is no different from that, as it is entirely made out of Origin metal and hence has the souls of everyone stored in Origin enchanted with it. Through this, it was able to bring back the memories of Miyabi in Mio's side story as well as for just a moment even Mwamba's and Hackt's before passing out. This is what the important ppl imply, no one gets discriminated by Melia when making that sword. Now for the fists of the end, they are basically the same as a mini Ouroboros Stone. Tho it lacks something to work as a complete Stone. Riku explained to us how the Stone was made by Melia and Nia together, a joint creation, which technically is true. Since Taion comes to the conclusion that the sword is something like a Ouroboros Stone as well, it can be seen as another piece for the Ouroboros powers. The anima and animus coming together. Nia is the general creator of the Ouroboros Stone, which relates her back to the Fists of the End. Melia is the one responsible for the creation of the Sword of the End. Together they created a whole Ouroboros Stone, the two weapons. The Ouroboros Stone grants you power with embuying it with emotions to protect (Pneuma). The sword grantd you power with emotions of ending the world (Logos). What I'm implying is, the sword of the end represents one wing of Aionios as Melia, the Animus = Logos, and the Stone/Fists represents the other wing of Aionios as Nia, the Anima = Pneuma. If you look closely at the infamous Pneuma Core Crystal scene in FR it shows that the core isn't directly beneath the fists. It materialized out of thin air, as if to project it's power. As if the combination of the power of Anima and Animus and not particularly Pneuma and Logos is at play. After all, Nia, as a admin of Origin has wings of the Aegis swords. On top of that, her class' weapon is literally called Anima Sword if it wasn't blunt enough. Melia has Telethia Wings to show her admin rights for Origin. As the Telethia are the last remaining cells of Zanza, the one to represent Animus for Alvis in Xenoblade 1s world, it makes sense why FR gives visual indicators at the Sword of the End being Logos related. In other words. It's not directly Logos and Pneuma as their absence is what causes all of this in the first place, but that Nia and Melia fufill their role as each part of Origin in the form of Anima and Animus. After all, they got each one side while Ontos is the one to stand in the middle.
Watching this video and reading Takahashi's word in the artbook is giving me brain tingle. You're onto something here. Wonder if Logos might be appear in some form at XB4, since he's one of processor that dont have multiple incarnation/persona yet
I think we already had a confirm that the Trinity processor doesn't lose their memories after returning to their core because Malos remembers the events of Torna in XC2, unless he just learned it again during the 500 years between the dlc and the base game?
His core doesn't even have to come back. Since all versions of Lucky 7/Sword of the End are made of origin metal, his wandering spirit could have just been absorbed out of the collective unconscious/Z since origin metal can absorb souls. It is possible origin could have recreated his core from his wandering soul though.
Nice video. My particular theory is that Pneuma, at the end of XC2, absorbed the Logos data that was inside Aion, and when reconstituted, in the post-credits scene, one of his personalities (Pyra) is reconstituted as the new Logos. This allows them to definitively separate into two physical entities, and would explain why A, after separating from Ontos, has a female form. Since now both Pneuma and Logos are feminines.
@@pocketinfinity6733 "Worlds came together, almost destroyed itself, Groundhog's Day with 10 year olds at War, Your brother died, your nephew-in-law tried killing everyone a couple times. Y'know, the usual."
I remember a theory about Pneuma's and Logos' core crystals. It told that when N and Noah fused, Logos' core crystal was passed onto Noah. Noah throwing the Lucky 7 (now containing both Pneuma's and Logos' core crystals) was like the input to restart Origin, it was the input the Arbitrer needed to decide whether to initialise Origin or not.
I have a theory that due to Alpha's hatred of the world and since both worlds were stopped and origin couldn't operate, he managed to make himself a body and escap while Malos and Pneuma stayed in their crystals due to not wanting to interfere or something unlike him
I repurpose a comment I made from another video (and channel) : About Logos' core in N sword's sheath I have the hypothesis that while it's Logos it isn't Malos but actually Pyra (or Mythra it doesn't matter which). Let me explains : We know that Malos/Logos core vanished at the end of 2 but we can also acknowledge that after his spirit (or whatever) was connected to Pneuma (he talks to her when she was in Aion). In addition Pyra and Mythra split from Pneuma's core into separate bodies but with full core. So the idea is that one inherits Pneuma's role while the other inherits Logos' role (it could explain a bit why or how they split, to maintain the Trinity after Malos' disparition, but it's only a bonus). Then it explains why despite being powered by Moebius purple energy N still released green energy, at the end but we can also say this for the green ray at N and Matthew's clash previously and also the explosion at N and Gondor's clash (well with the flashback filter it's a bit yellowish). Futhermore it also resolves a language problem : Against Alpha Rex said, with quotation, "those two" to elude Pyra and Mythra's names and in Japanese it's "二人 (futari)" meaning "two people". Then after the fight when A warms him and Shulk imbued their lifes to their kids is against the rule he said they would agree with a, still with quotation, "them". And just after the camera heavly focus on N's sword and Matthew's gauntlets. In Japanese the order changes it's subject instead of object, so "あいつら (aitsura)" is used in the quotation which means "they" in a (very) informal way. Both languages aren't gendered so we can't really know who "them/あいつら (aitsura)". Let check other languages : both Italian and German look like the English version (closer syntax), but the quotation marks disappear (but one time "sie" (them) is in capital, weird) so we don't have more information (in Italian since it's an indirect object we can't know if "loro" (them) is feminine or not, even if the verb have the masculine form, the syntax is a bit weird). Korean is different, it follows more the Japanese version (closer syntax), keeps the quotation, and while we just have "두 사람 (du salam)" meaning "two people" like in Japanese "二人 (futari)". We then have "그녀삭들 (geusagnyeodeul)" for "them/あいつら (aitsura)" which is plural but also feminine, a more precise translation is "those girls" instead of just "them" ("그들 (geudeul)" is the plural part meaning "them" and "녀삭(nyeosag)" the feminine meaning "girl"). We can also look at Spanish and French, we can note the syntax is actually a bit different from English (compare to Italian, to avoid the weirdness ?). First in Spanish quotation disappear again but this time "ellas" (feminine they) is used both times. Finally in French we have quotation and both times "elles" (feminine they), in addition the mention that they were two in the first phrase disappeared (which is the only language doing that, I mean they could have translate as "les deux" (the two) like in English ?). In fact my hypothesis came from this language problem as its solution and not the other way. At first I thought about some translation error (or hint) that they believe the two quotations "those tho" and "them" involve the same people (since they sometimes work without the cutscenes/storyboard). But the fact Korean, while being able to just use a neutral ("그들 (geudeul)") form, have purposely chose a feminine one, tells me it likely was in fact due to intern notes to help the translators (since they lack some info, so a direct decision by the devs). In addition this could have already been hinted in Japanese, as I said "あいつら (aitsura)" is very informal. While it's in character for Rex to say this it's a bit weird regarding Malos (both enemy and dead) and could work better with only Pyra and Mythra since they're his wives. Actually I think Rex still has this familiarity in all languages, the translators and the voice actors did a really good job.
And about how they return to their cores, I think it's due to Origin. It could be as simple like the worlds fusion reverted them (a bit like the other people which were store in Origin) or, a more theory-leaning explication, their cores were used like Ontos' Alrest counterpart as based for Origin (or even like a new Trinity Processor).
@@evanpereira3555 in some part rex refers to logos as male, pneuma as female and ontos as both gender proccessors, and each crystal have their own role, i keep thinking logos is reconstructed somehow because everything got obliterated and reconstructed with origin, but you have many points on favor lol
This was the craziest comment I received to date lmao Thank you for dipping into every language to find the answer. The thing I realized is even if Rex only meant Pyra and Mythra it still was A looking at N's Sword and Matthew's gauntlet. So A just inferred that Rex could have meant Logos as well as Pneuma.
Yeah... ..but that here I reveal my secret counter argument : Origin failed because of this reason, instead of having a proper Logos (masculine, destructive, etc..) they got a "second" Pneuma which destabilize the processus. Thus Moebius appears to compensate this, which is why Z is male and Moebius have purple power (and totally not because it's the color of evil, obviously). And this is why Xenoblade 4 would be about Mio, Glimmer and [Redacted] searching and finding some way to recreate a Logos to refuse (properly) the world. I may be a little off tangent... (I need to take my pills... or at least sleep).
The Thumbnail goes HARD! I stare at malos and mythra for like 30 seconds, I never watch any of this channel videos before but feck it... After that thumbnail who wouldnt.
That explains Logos' data, but not Pneuma's. Part of the core crystal is shown to be dimmed at the end of 2 when Pyra and Mythra are reawakened, which implies that the Pneuma data was lost and all the powers associated with it. How is it that Matthew's version of Pneuma's core is fully glowing then if that really is Pyra and Mythra reverted to their core? The only logical explanation I can think up, even if shaky, is that since Aion is so resilient that it could take an Infinity Slash without even a dent, the part that stored the data of Pneuma and Logos could've theoretically withstood the reactor meltdown and the ensuing submerging to be salvaged later. After that, all it'd take is for Pyra or Mythra to generate some core crystals to store the data in and bam you've got your Fists Of The End and Sword Of Origin trinity processors. If a goddamn broken android weapon that is unique in its power to bring physique to kill the nostalgia deluded spirits inevitably about to invade the imminently reformed Earth is going to be able to withstand burning up in the atmosphere like some people think, I don't see why some random hard drive encased in a piece of a mech containing backups from the same hyper advanced humanity can't either starting from a lower altitude.
I think that was because the conduit disappeared. XB3 didn't show us where the conduit went but my guess is after Aionios was created it just appeared again.
Awesome video 🤌🏼 this helped me understand things a lot better that I hadn’t even thought about yet! Also whose piano version of One Last You did you use? It’s sooo so good, I had to stop and rewind the video over and over bc I kept crying lmao
7:33 Just want to confirmed that in the French version, Rex said "elles" and "elles" is the feminine pronoun of they or them. So Rex talked about Pyra and Mythra Edit: In the Spanish version, he said "ellas"
In Japanese he says "aitsura" which, as far as I'm aware, is gender neutral (also it's informal language but ig Rex could be informal with Malos). I'm french too but I think the translators made a guess and went with it (I can't blame them honestly, if you don't think about it too deeply, it seems obvious that he's referring to Pyra/Mythra)
I've heard this from multiple people as if it proves anything. especially when we know that the localization is not as scrutinized as it should be. I mean for God sake the final cutscene for future redeemed chapter 4 was mistranslated because the localizer misunderstood the subject of the conversation. EDIT: The English version was mistranslated I do not know if this occurred for other versions
@@mattgibson9337 you're talking about Gondor and N confrontation in the fashback, right ? Because this scene is actually correctly translated, it just some misinterpretation it (quite ironic). I mean following the revised translation Ghondor is saying M would have side (or at least agree) with Alpha, instead of in the actual one just have him telling his dad to chill out (not kill Na'el) and that M would agree to him (and not Alpha) and choose a third path (between Moebius and Alpha). This make more sense, both in the scene itself and after, since it's after Matthew reacting to it and telling N is a binary thinking idiot to not have saw this third path that N decided to side with him and save Na'el from Alpha (like his son wanted).
My headcanon is that when Pneuma reawakened as Pyra and Mythra, one of them became the new Logos. I think it was Mythra, because the Dirk theory is funny. Pyra’s child is like the original personality she overwrote(Mythra) and Mythra’s child is the like the original personality she overwrote(Malos). Also, I just remembered how Pneuma heard the voice of Malos right before she died. This comment started off as a troll theory, but I might’ve just gaslit myself into kinda believing it. Uhoh.
A is the human part of Ontos, so A and Alvis are the same person, because Alvis broke free from his chains thanks to Ghondor, and he became a woman. On the other hand, Alpha is the computer part of Ontos, people seems to confuse this because Alvis and Alpha have the same appareance and voice.
You think Rex is the guy who goes down in to the depts to retreve the Pnema core? Hell Naaah Noah was the idiot who threw it in the sea and Noah has done too much BAAD SHITT fore Rex to simply lett it all slide and accept him in to the family. Shure most of it was N but N was just another version of Noah. So fore Noah to repent fore his sinns, Rex mentores Noah on all he knows about salviging, but it Noah that has to doo the deed and retreve Pneuma. After that Rex Forgive Noah and accepts him in to his family
A great video, though i was wondering about Pyra and Mytra after i finished Future Redeemed, what i really am curious about is, what happend to Rex's children? couse they did have kids, but only he somehow survived while Mythra got reincarnated in Glimmer. Its possible that the devs just did't want to go to deep in that but still, it nags on me a little, i can only assume they got erased when both worlds collided since thats the only thing that makes sense. that said, it was a great end to the Trinity, can't wait to see what else these devs will cook up in the future.

N has the sword of the END, no explanation as to how he got it. Noah has the sword of Origin, atleast Riku explains that his master Melia helped him forge it out of Origin metal and it somehow contains souls...but which souls? XBC3 main story says N killed the city to harvest life to revive M. Future Redeem almost retcons that entirely to say that N was really there to stop Alvis (possessing Na'el) from taking the city's citizens which would strengthen him somehow. It just feels like really cool ideas, but poor execution and explanation. I love this series and love these games, I want to show people how awesome it is, but when they say "Wait that doesn't make sense. Pneuma core crystal destroyed, why is it back? If both Pneuma & Logos core crystals back, just put them back into the Trinity processor so they don't have to fight Alpha, who shouldn't be going crazy since their absence is what drove him mad."
Riku mentions in a Future Redeemed cutscene that important people are inside the sword. What he probably means is the Origin metal that was used for the sword and origin has the souls of people saved.
Its strange because all of shulk previous friends are died or somekinda lost no where to be found and not to mention colony 9 that place used to be beautiful but it feel abandoned for some fxking reason no upgrade to that place or something because that place is full of moss And what makes things stranger after the entire universe got split again and got reset does that means Xenoblade 3 never happen and the timeline where Xenoblade 1 and 2 character never meet?does that make shulk and rex sacrifice means nothing?!? 13:10 I don't think the ending of XC3 shows Noah in the combined world, my understanding is that this is his home world with a bit of an extension before the world fusion commences again. The fused world is Klause's original world. And knowing Aion's lore, we can surmise that this his world is heavily based off our real world and so would likely not contain High Entian architecture. And supposing that the new fused world is not a rewind to Kaluse's worl, I still don't think Noah would be put back in his same spot in his same town. I feel the world's geography would be very different.
Hot take and I think very valid, at the end of xenoblade 2 logos talks to Pneuma and if you look in the control of aion (I think it was the name) you see two core crystals not one. I think logos gave pyra/mythra his crystal thats why are shown seperated at the end of xenoblade 2. Cause Pyra/Mythra were not able to exist at same time (she must switch). This also goes by Logos search for redemption, the whole XC2 he is on a redemption, that is why Jin is the boss of torna and not him, and he does what Jin says. This theory explains why pyra/mythra can coexist close logos redemption arc how can pyra mythra come back to live so fast. explain the two core crystals makes sense with the last dailogue of logos to Pneuma

@SamuelJohnsonYT technically, they're still in the game.
@@pingpong5877 there's just a picture of them
Malos is not really a bad "guy" technically, he is bad in XC 2 because of Amaltus who opened his crystal.
The LAYERS!
Noah: *throws Penuma into the ocean*
Rex: what the f*** man

The awkward feeling when your son-in-law from your third wife throws your other two wives into an ocean.
So basically Kos-Mos decends onto the ocean where Pnuema & Logos's Core Crystal Lies and uses both cores to power herself back up to health!? Xc4 gonna be crazy
I hope that the Xenosaga games are remade
I was super confused as to how Alvis became Alpha and A, but this video cleared it up!
Once he reawakened when Origin activated, he didn't have Klaus to shape him into Alvis, so he just became Alpha, but since he's a part of the trinity processor he collects all the data of blades, so thats why Alvis wasn't completely forgotten like other blades when they reawaken. With the power of Pneuma, Alvis was split from Alpha, creating A!
As long as Shulk, Fiora, Rex, Pyra, and Mythra are free from Origin after the worlds are separated that’s enough for me.
They clearly are. Once everything resets it goes back to how it was before the collision. So everything should be back pre-origin.
I'm a simple man. I see Xeno content, i like it

@@SuperSavajin aah I knew it xD. Fellow German
But the fact that he didn't means that he either:
I like this theory
Which would mean Rex himself basically became an Aegis
Damn that's poetic
Then Glimmer wouldn't exist
Melia and Nia already debunk this
Yeah I believe every pure blade reverted back into their core as Aionios and the only ones left are flesh eaters or born from a human and blade as they are technically born as a permanent blade eater if that makes sense the only reason I can see this being the case is because their original combined worlds the trinity processors were just that processors
I mean they might just be able to turn back at will.
Malos never returned to his core. The confirmation comes from the end of 2 with pyra and mythra remembering rex.
Samreddig is right.
I feel like they might return in xenoblade 4 if Mythra’s child is the protagonist. It would be sick if malos somehow reawakened and helped them.

I have a theory that due to Alpha's hatred of the world and since both worlds were stopped and origin couldn't operate, he managed to make himself a body and escap while Malos and Pneuma stayed in their crystals due to not wanting to interfere or something unlike him
Oh wow, I didn't know you had a youtube channel, I've mostly seen you on twitter
Also this was a really well done and great video btw!
I repurpose a comment I made from another video (and channel) :
About Logos' core in N sword's sheath I have the hypothesis that while it's Logos it isn't Malos but actually Pyra (or Mythra it doesn't matter which).
Let me explains :
We know that Malos/Logos core vanished at the end of 2 but we can also acknowledge that after his spirit (or whatever) was connected to Pneuma (he talks to her when she was in Aion).
Futhermore it also resolves a language problem :
Against Alpha Rex said, with quotation, "those two" to elude Pyra and Mythra's names and in Japanese it's "二人 (futari)" meaning "two people".
This was the craziest comment I received to date lmao
Thank you for dipping into every language to find the answer. The thing I realized is even if Rex only meant Pyra and Mythra it still was A looking at N's Sword and Matthew's gauntlet. So A just inferred that Rex could have meant Logos as well as Pneuma.
Yeah...
..but that here I reveal my secret counter argument :
Origin failed because of this reason, instead of having a proper Logos (masculine, destructive, etc..) they got a "second" Pneuma which destabilize the processus.

7:33 Just want to confirmed that in the French version, Rex said "elles" and "elles" is the feminine pronoun of they or them. So Rex talked about Pyra and Mythra
Edit: In the Spanish version, he said "ellas"
In Japanese he says "aitsura" which, as far as I'm aware, is gender neutral (also it's informal language but ig Rex could be informal with Malos). I'm french too but I think the translators made a guess and went with it (I can't blame them honestly, if you don't think about it too deeply, it seems obvious that he's referring to Pyra/Mythra)

I love the smell of salvage 😂

Riku mentions in a Future Redeemed cutscene that important people are inside the sword. What he probably means is the Origin metal that was used for the sword and origin has the souls of people saved.
although noah threw his sword into the sea, cant he just re-summon it?
I don't think he can outside of Aionios
Its strange because all of shulk previous friends are died or somekinda lost no where to be found and not to mention colony 9 that place used to be beautiful but it feel abandoned for some fxking reason no upgrade to that place or something because that place is full of moss
And what makes things stranger after the entire universe got split again and got reset does that means Xenoblade 3 never happen and the timeline where Xenoblade 1 and 2 character never meet?does that make shulk and rex sacrifice means nothing?!?
If the writer abandoned this I swear I starting to hate Xenoblade story at this point in time
pyras and mythras babys seem to be fused into glimmer after the collision maybe they saved her babys that way but returned to the core state nia maybe saved mio with her powers but where does noah came from ?
I did it for Nia
Let's goo
13:10 I don't think the ending of XC3 shows Noah in the combined world, my understanding is that this is his home world with a bit of an extension before the world fusion commences again. The fused world is Klause's original world. And knowing Aion's lore, we can surmise that this his world is heavily based off our real world and so would likely not contain High Entian architecture.
And supposing that the new fused world is not a rewind to Kaluse's worl, I still don't think Noah would be put back in his same spot in his same town. I feel the world's geography would be very different.
Crap theory
malos is dead.
This theory explains
why pyra/mythra can coexist
close logos redemption arc
how can pyra mythra come back to live so fast.
explain the two core crystals
makes sense with the last dailogue of logos to Pneuma
