The Mayor( SHIRLEY WASHINGTON) and the entire QUORUM COURT NEEDS TO GO. They have contributed to this town becoming one of the worst small towns in the South.

Was very nince in the 50s 60s 70s and downhill then after quickly. crack in 80s and gangs. Complete crap town. Dont go there.. I feel bad for the older that remain stuck there. Hood crap everywhere 24/7.
Oh great .....another video about Pine Bluff hoods. An impoverished community where a 1/3 of the population lives at or below the poverty level; the middle class is all but non-existent, educational attainment is extremely low, quality jobs with a living wage is limited, and crime is high. No wonder it is know as the "fastest shrinking city in America."

What areas are you referring too? In my opinion, that whole city is a hood. That place is dying. AMC should film that Zombie show in the downtown.
