I'm fairly new to the Ballroom dance world, just under a year. I dance 1 to 3 times a week(between lessons and socials). I have 2 pair of 2 inch heels(one closed toe and one open toe). I have bunions and find switching up helps. I've noticed some gals use a jazz shoe, or flats What are your thoughts? Some people practice in a dance sneaker, which I was told by experienced instructors that they build your legs differently, and because of my already athletic build, they dont recommend I use them. I just want something a bit more comfy when my feet need a break.

may i ask if there's a specific brand you would recommend for people who have a wide feet? or maybe a style of shoe that we could go for in order to dance more comfortably..?
