So it seems like WWE keeps claiming parts of the video and not even a regular claim, but one that blocks it from appearing on RUclips at all. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to get paid from ads for the work that went into the video but even if they take the money that the video earned I never understood why the prevent you guys from seeing the video. Whenever they do that I will be blurring out the parts that they claim so if there is a blurred screen at points during the video, now you know why. I just want you guys to be able to watch the videos that I am proud of posting. Thanks for understanding

These 3 guys are the reason why I fell in love with wrestling again
I can't think of another faction that all of its members had that individual level of success.
Especially in modern times, theyre truly something special
Yeah you are right the original 3 of the NWO would be there since Hogan and Nash were main event players but Hall just liked to take a back seat to those two. So yeah The Shield is the only faction where all members have amazing individual success.

Evolution all 4 guys were extremely successfully individually and nwo a faction which has most impact on wrestling
Dean is the one that drew me into the shield. As soon as they started cutting those promos after their debut they were immediately my favorite thing in pro wrestling.
There will never be another group that changed the game in their era like The Shield

I think they are so impactful and so different from NWO and DX, because they made an impact on their first night in public. With all due respect not many people knew them other than the minority of WWE fans who watched the Indy’s. NWO had all been public TV figures for years by that point, DX members all had some years of major tv exposure before that, but the Shield for the most part were brand new to a lot of the wrestling world. As far as debuts that made an immediate impact on the roster they would have to be at the top.

I’ll never understand how ANYONE likes any of these guys. They’re bland, boring, and are overly generic. They’re bad stereotypes of movie genres. Roman is the worst thing to happen to wrestling, period.

Nope, Moxley wanted more. He wanted the hardcore no dq matches and WWE didn't. You could see that in how the Brock Lesnar match turned out
@@knightshiningarmour Facts, I don't think Dean really cared about how good or bad he was pushed nor how good he was getting paid. He didn't care what gimmick he had, he's just naturally a hardcore wrestler like Foley, New Jack, Abdullah, Dusty Rhodes, Dreamer, Brody and many more. WWE is PG and TV-14 is the point of wrestling, I guess that's why Dean left and also how WWE tried to bury him against Nia out of spite. If ECW was still around with WWE still being TV-14, he would've definitely stayed in WWE.
If Dean was not the one to cut those backstage promos, SHIELD would not be as over as it became.

So if The Shield AND The Bloodline are arguably the standout biggest factions ever in WWE then that makes Roman Reigns THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME (G.O.A.T).
I Been saying this since they made they first debut at survivor series 2012, that they were going to be the next three major stars that was going to take over in this generation cause in Golden Era you had Hulk hogan, Macho Man, Ultimate warrior, Next Generation Shawn Michaels, Undertaker Bret hart, Attitude Era Stone cold, The Rock, HHH, Ruthless Aggressive Cena, Batista, Orton, and now Dean, Rollins, Regins
I honestly loved ambrose more then both of them he had way better mic skills seth and roman even arguably matching john cena
All 3 are amazing but my favorite was always Seth
Imagine the bloodline turn their back on Roman and start a feud against him and the only way Roman can stop them if he brings back his brothers in arms the Shield is think that will be cool

For future fans, The Shield is line NOW for people who started watching in 2010s. Some legendary faction about which there are only stories, made out of mega stars that you can't comprehend they wrestled together.

Roman reigns = Kevin Durant
Seth Rollins = James Harden
Dean Ambrose = Russel Westbrook
Punk was one of people backstage citing the idea of the group. Seth, Dean and Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno) were recommended by Punk himself. But then Vince replaced Ohno with Roman.
The idea of the faction itself was to introduce their next gen talent, so SHIELD wasn't just a "muscle" to Punk's title reign.
Seeing shield reunion once again, them facing each other or some other team of three is one of the biggest wwe wishlists in my lifetime.
Just imagine a royal rumble netween promotions with Moxley, Reigns and Rollins in the ring at the same time. Thats the shit to dream about.
People always say punk didn’t do a lot to change wrestling and I just don’t agree, maybe I’m off or don’t know the story’s correctly but, punk was apart of the making of these three guys and then coming together behind the scenes, on top of the fact I truly think if it wasn’t for the summer of punk in wwe and him blowing up into the star he did when given that little bit of freedom we would have never gotten a yes movement from Daniel Bryan and him winning both belts, aj styles probably wouldn’t have been signed and pushed as hard right away, Seth rolling turning heel and becoming the champ maybe doesn’t happen, maybe there’s no undisputed era Adam cole in nxt. Now I could be very wrong because all these guys are talented regardless BUT I think punk got this ball rolling on how a WWE superstar is suppose to look and especially those who make it to the top of the top.

honestly i reallyyyy want a dominant women’s trio faction. toxic attractions nxt reign was so good, but we haven’t had a good women’s trio on main roster since absolution.
i’d like to see gigi dolin, alba fyre and isla dawn form a witchy kind of faction honestly and dominate probably smackdown

I have been like watching pro wrestling especially wwe since one and half a decade and been read about wwe history i feel like the shield is a legendary faction or may be the only faction who's members are dominating pro wrestling like this seth being face of raw roman being face of smackdown jon/dean being face of aew these literally made a history when they debuted i don't think no one expected them to be stars like what they are now
The bloodline is pure entertainment with so many twist and turns tbh

Evolution is pretty similar to the shield:
Triple H =Roman
Randy = Seth
Batista= Dean
Ric Flair= Paul acting as a wise man, promotion and mic skills
So CM Punk came up with the idea for the shield.. meaning he is the reason for so much change in 2013. The pipebomb changed the wrestling landscape, the shield helped changed wrestling’s perspective

Creative freedom & control over his own character. That idea feels like The 4 Horseman reuniting in WCW to take out The nWo at Starrcade 1998.

Imo, Dean lack of in ring story telling at the time was his issue. He was only motivated IF the story fit him.

My favorite faction/stable besides Evolution. Day one fan and I’m glad I was there when they debuted together.
First half of 2011 was a DARK time for wrestling.
Meh booking, Edge being forced to retire and then the rumors of Punk leaving started.
.....and then things changed, a light in the darkness, Punk acknowledged that his contract was coming up on TV.
That fact was being used, the Summer of Punk began, everything wasn't perfect but things slowly changed.
Danielson got more opportunities, AJ Lee came up and showed what women's wrestling could be.
NXT on Hulu started, but the biggest bust down the door moment was The Shield debut at Survivor Series.
Shades of that Nexus debut in 2010 but with the follow through.
The most important faction of the 21st century, period.
Bullet Club and The Elite comes close though.

I agree with everything. However, Seth did so much more then just in ring work he's one of the most over guys in the company for all around wrestling that's in ring, microphone, charisma. And he is a grand slam champ with a rumble win and a money in the bank win as well as the greatest cash in of all time. Seth is my favorite
