The problem with air suspension imo is that the spring rate also changes alongside the ride height, when you go off-road and want max ground clearance, you’ll have to inflate them making them stiffer as well, on the streets you want them lower, but they’ll be less stiff, which is both quite the opposite of what you want in those situations
Which is exactly why I hated the air suspension on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. And yet when I try to explain that to people, they think I'm crazy because obviously those Engineers must know what they're doing. I can never even off-road with it in the lifted position, because there was barely any articulation then, so there was always a wheel in the air, plus it rode like total crap.
I love how it “slams “ on the sway bar … a leak coming to you in the near future! Air suspensions always have issues, people switch factory air for coil every day
Cheaper than all the winch and bumpers you see and it will be more beneficial at the local Outback Steakhouse or Apple-bee's than the winch. Or heavy forbid the awful wheels people put on that nullify any offroad potential it had before then.
Thats why i habe an '05 Rubicon, almost zero electronics to fail. The front sway bar disconnect is manual, the 4wd system is mechanical, not electronic, the windows are manual roll up and down...
Range Rover has been doing this for 30 years. So not new. Hint, at least for the original Rovers and the 2nd Gen Rovers, Old Man Emu to the rescue with springs.
As compared to the refrigerator on a slide-out or the roof top tent they take to little league games despite the Jeep hasn't been offroad in the last 6 months?
On a ramp? Does ramp articulaty make the “bIg oFfRoAD” guys sleep better? Off-roading and a overland is a fad now. Red tow hooks for what? Snorkel for what? Half the “off-road” rigs seen have brand new unused gear on it. Most everybody is just playing the “BIG offroad guy”. This is the suspension when you want a smooth ride to Starbucks or Chick-fil-A. No body cares about a beat up offroad rig, and it doesn’t make anyone think the person is tough

Jeep needs to man up and offer 37s factory. The so called king of off road only comes in 35s where competition has 37s. And Jesus does Tommy love keeps or what. Every other day is a new jeep video
I can attest to the fact that this kit is pure trash. At the time of me writing this comment my truck is in the shop having this AccuAir kit removed from my truck. I have had this garbage suspension in my 2021 jeep for almost 2.5 years now. It has been in the shop more times than I can count. The controller doesn’t work. The ride height sensors break all of the time. And don’t get me started on the multiple leaks. But here is the crazy part. I never go off road with my jeep. This is vehicle I use to get to work. If I was going off road, I don’t think the jeep would have lasted this long. This was the biggest waste of money that I have ever spent in my life time.
Hey! I have Goodnews for you Dearie👌 The Good News is that God's promise of entering his place of rest still stands. It was announced to us just as it was to some people of old. But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them. They couldn't enter because of disobedience. This is a call to enter into God's rest, so what is stopping you ? Is it disobedience or unbelieve? Jesus has been made a sin offering, he died already, allow him into your heart. Another Goodnews is that he is the only God that forgives and forgets (Heb 10:17 "I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.") He is knocking, allow him today.
Sounds very nice. But let’s remember the old adage, the more moving parts something requires the more where in tear. It’s easier and cost-effective to put only a set of suspension and deal with its ride-height. This is only for those who will never go off-roading and showcase there Jeeps at JEEP-beach etc….
But does it wobble and bounce like most cars with airbags? And I hate the sound that compressor. Leaving for work and waking up your neighbors as the comp fills. GRRRRRRRR
Bad position for driving a Jeep, too much lift makes your Jeep unstable, because now it's top heavy, and causes problem's with your suspension and steering!
For that price you could do so many other modifications to a Jeep Rubicon to make it look and or be a more capable/nicer looking vehicle. I get that this is a cool looking modification, but you ruin suspension travel and ride; while utilizing a less reliable and less durable system.
It may lift, but it's articulation is very small. Not a good solution for off-road. Great if you want a mall crawler, and your nickname is "Snowflake" 😮
How safe is that air compressed tank inside the vehicle that too in a roll over situation whilst dune bashing which I've seen happening a lot of times. It doesn't destroy the jeep, but may samsh the windows or break a few things here and there and if amongst that is a puncture to a compressed tank, what would it do?
How are these off road? I like the idea of air ride systems but I wonder if they’re durable enough for me. Also, what happens when it breaks on the trail? Is it possible to fix?
If you live in the city and need to get into underground parking spots, this is not a bad solution. Although, I do like the simplicity and reliability of regular springs.
For a cheap price of 90k you can have a nice Jeep with air ride suspension.
