I’m sorry but for this live action we need high budget design and styling. We just saw the success of the barbie movie. This would be a win win for both universal and Mattel. I think there’s a fear,that this new universal monster land will be too scary for children to easily grasp and enjoy but sticking the monster high girls in an indoor meet and great to help bridge the gap for children is a smart play. I hope they get real designers for the looks and that the casting is 10/10. Also imagine Tim Burton monster high production.

The direction I think this movie should personally go for is a movie about self-acceptance because back in the day in when Monster High was first created it was all about self-acceptance accepting how you aren't perfect and you're not Flawless but that's fine because it really makes sense for Monster High to do because that was their whole theme back when Monster High first came out

Honestly I don’t believe it, it feels too much like commercial pandering and not a legit thing in the MonsterHigh universe. Clawdeen and Toralei have contrary beliefs and personalities… never have I pictured them in any relationship romantically. These two struggled to be friends in the best of times! I’m all for Clawdeen being actively the lgbt+ icon we have always thought she was though.
If torelai is queer , I think Cleo would be a better pairing simply because of the freaky fusion movie . I think for clawdeen they should’ve made a new character even tho many people ship her with draculaura because really just don’t think draculaura is queer , if she is definitely not for clawdeen .
Seriously, of they wanted to pair Clawdeen with Toralei they shouldve done it with G3 insted

That is kinda the point, Toralei is not a bestie to any main character, it is enemies to lovers storyline. Clawdeen is a lesbian and her Toralei have fierce interactions, they are both were beast, they have things that you can work together in a storyline. Which other character could clawdeen or toralei date ? The Most popular Clawdeen ship which would be great is her and Draculaura but this is not happening. So what do you want?
i absolutely love spelldon x valentine but toradeen in g1 doesn't really hit for me. they'd be cute in g3 canon though. and a g1 movie??? pinch me i must be dreaming!! i hope it turns out good because i can already here the negative reviews if it flops 😭 ALSO CONGRATS ON 20K 🎉🎉

9:56 I think Viacom and Nickelodeon will not going to make Monster High 3 anymore due to the fact they planning a big-screen movie from Universal. Just like they did with Barbie the movie was shown in cinemas last year. I just watched Monster High 2 on Nickelodeon Asia on cable last month in the Philippines. Filipinos are excited about the 3rd Monster High movie but it won't happen anymore since Monster High will make a motion picture movie

I'm sorry but..... NO NOT TORALEI!!! Why did they have to do this to you?! My FAVORITE character! 😭😭😭 (This is just my opinion don't get mad about it.) Also, I can't believe they're trying to partner with Universal AGAIN after ditching them for Nick. They really need the creator back cause no one's making the right decisions here and everything is just a mess right now. The only thing I'm happy about is that they're making G1 things still, like the new book coming soon, 'Once Bitten, Twice Dead'. (Even though I'm not sure I totally agree with the events taking place in the book, but you can't judge a book by its cover, so..)

Does anyone else realize by making Valentine gay he becomes a gay villain stereotype? The well-dressed fake ladies' man who sees women as literally objects for his conquest even more so than a straight man as he literally has no other reason to care about/date them. Something that would likely crush the self-esteem of every victim of his selfish schemes! That's so messed up!
Yesn't. In the lore, Valentine has a redemption arc and becomes besties with Whisp, who was also a former villain, so he doesn't really fall into the stereotype you're trying to present. And I'm sure in the comic, he has been redeemed.
