It's the top selling Nissan sedan for 2024 breaking it's sales purchases by a large margin in years. It's more popular than Altima's. Altima sales units dipped.
I really like that package. Last year I bought a Versa S because I just wanted a economy car. I may have to consider this Sentra model next time I am looking for a car. But I am looking for a small to mid-size truck maybe a Frontier if I can get a package like this one on it.
I think it's 2026 for the altima and 2025 for the versa. I didn't hear anything about the sentra. It's not confirmed thst they're killing the altima completely yet I think.
I know the Sentra is better than the Corolla, and the Frontier is better than the Tacoma. But I might pick the RAV4 over the Rogue and the Camry over the Altima, even though a 2024 Altima SR was the best car I ever rented and I rent a lot of cars.
savannah is unreal pretty. love the channel Jeff. i've noticed sentra drivers in general are some of the worst on the road fwiw lol. the new model could be worse though
Nissans have had shitty worthless transmissions for over 10 years. That’s why I stuck with Honda. I love the color and car but not the horrible transmission.
You're misinformed also. The 2020+ and especially the 2024 were updated and refreshed. Go look at NHTSA complaints and issues since 2020, and you'll see for yourself that Nissan has had way less CVT issues you seem to believe they're still using 2007-2019 CVTs. Come back to me when and prove you're wrong once you see stats. KIAs are the worst cars out there. 2024s, especially in and out of shops,
@@MichaelSmith-df5pz I had heard they changed but I was not sure what year. I’ve read reviews the 24 is a different transmission. Didn’t know the original change was in 2020
The transmission in newer Nissan years from 2020 to current isn't terrible. They've been refreshed, updated, and very reliable. Stop being a follower on the internet, beating a dead horse with the "terrible transmission" comments.
@marvin7533 that's the truth Nissan refreshed and updated their CVTs and have way less issues compared to 2007-2019. Looking at NHTSA and JD reports, Nissan's issues have been fixed with very little CVT complaints and repairs. KIA, including the newest are the worst cars to buy with a lot of mechanical problems. Fun fact. Sentras are the most reliable cars in the Nissan family with very little mechanical issues.
Since you asked; this car is a wonderful example of Nissan today. A car that sells because it's cheap, and they are willing to finance people who are a low order. The cars don't last, aren't maintained generally, and are very often scene in trailer parks. They are cars driven by people who are not good at making decisions

I thought Jeff was going to tell the Sentra "Baby got back" 😂
The good old days of Sir Mix-a-Lot
We want Savannah in every car review
That would be cool!!!
Daughter is taking over. Dad will watching football games! Lol
Always great videos and rundowns of new autos! Excellent!
Very nice review! Ive been planning to get the new sentra but i like the dark gray color
Thanks! Thats a sharp color!
Just bought the Atlantic Grey..love it
Jeff, Like your family, I am impressed by the colour. These days any paint hue that isn't black, gray or white stands out. 🙂
Oh I know! Not sure why the classic/boring colors are so popular now
Super review!
Thanks!!
Nissan for the win
Hopefully the Sentra comes back into it's glory days 😊

For Sentra SV with premium pkg and weather pkg, you can get 3500 off MSRP!
The premium package is definitely worth it if budget can afford it. This seems more like a premium sedan than a mainstream compact sedan.
The SR comes with LED headlights :)
It looks nice! I heard Nissan is killing the Altima and Sentra for 25/26 model years. Is that true?

Altima is better in my opinion. I own one and it's been bulletproof after 13 years. Still driving it with the original CVT transmission.
These would sell like hot cakes for the price if Nissan replaces the CVT with 8 speed AT. However heard the latest CVTs are more reliable.
Great exotic sports car
So Nissan discontinued the Altima and maxima. The only sedan they have is the Sentra and versa
They are also dropping the versa.
@@chadmasters3935 no more compact sedan’s

That looks like a interior of $45k car not 25k 😄 looks like best value for money.
👍
That's not a Shocker 😮
A Shocker is 2 in the Pink and 1 in the Stink.
oh yeah i'd hit it! some curvy roads in that Sentra that is 😁

Nice color, terrible transmission.

Haven't seen the terrible part since last generation. Are we still talking about 2019?

" very often scene in trailer parks" I'd be willing to bet those poor people in trailer parks know how to spell "seen".
