    3 keys to mindset is to stay positive, embrace challenges, and show up consistently-whether it's for work, workouts, or to learning something new. Surrounding ourselves with a positive supportive community is key to staying focused and motivated, even when the journey gets tough.
    I'll share my recent experience with the No GPS (grains, potatoes, sugars) 30-Day Challenge. Despite the challenges, including temptations from loved ones, I stayed committed and achieved remarkable results. Not only did I lose over six and a half inches between my hips and natural waistline, but I also reduced inflammation and no longer needed pain medications. This journey reaffirmed the power of mindset, goal-setting, and organic solutions for managing blood sugar.
