What's brutal about the Desert Eagle is that CS chose to use the .50 version. I mean, there is a reason why you can't rapid fire with it easily (well, relatively easy on short range in game actually isn't too bad). Can snap peoples bones if they have weak wrists.

Max J. my point is an ak accuracy is usually horrible. Obviously if you go watch a custom ak or military grade being used by a soldier you could find videos of that with really precise accuracy. But an ak most people get their hands on when it comes out of the barrel is not a straight needle which is why many people like it. Heavy damaging gun.
