My biggest take away is that being a good barber doesn’t mean you can be a successful barber it is how you market yourself and how you structure the business.

Facts! We all know barbers who can cut better than us, but they charge way less and make way less than other half of their skill level

The truth is focusing on one thing will take you further. Because you can perfect that one thing and your mind isn’t all over the place as well. Mastering one thing will put more value into that one thing which makes alot of sense. I’ve thought about adding more “extras” into my services but it actually takes more time and effort and it can get stressful too. But the focus on that one thing is actually way more valuable because it will be perfect no matter what.

Exactly on point about the money thing... if u don't have passion for what you're doing AND great customer service and if the client in your chair at that moment is not the most important client of your day, you will not be successful period. Do what you LOVE and the money will follow in this industry. Great video!

My biggest take away from this from a business perspective and not from a barbers point of you, is that specializing and focusing on one thing and becoming the best at that will generate you more clientele/more money because you will be known for that speciality.
Focusing on one thing at at time will make sure you give your best effort to that task/goal

    My biggest take away is
    Like Bruce Lee said
I dont afraid of person that knows a 1000 of hits
I afraid of person that practiced 1 hit 1000 times
    Focus on 1 thing
    And give yourself to that
FOCUS ON YOURSELF ON YOUR BUISNESS AND GO HARD

I watched this video 15 times and this is My biggest take away is BE CONSISTENT AND PRIORITIZE YOUR GOALS and don’t focus on other shit because your just half assing it your main goal, and once you focus on that ONE Goal you turn that ONE goal into a higher goal because if you don’t you will just end up staying neutral and not progressing which a lot of barbers are stuck on .so when I reach my goal from 20 k a month I say hey new goal is 25k a month and I end up keep progressing and setting up new goals and focus on that 1 goal, Preach Dlucs

My biggest takeaway is that it’s better to put all of your focus onto one thing at at time. Trying to run around and do a thousand things at once hurts in the long run, rather than going step by step to achieve whatever goal/dream you have created for yourself. It’s almost like the way people pay off debt, taking the smallest debt and paying it off then going to the second smallest and taking care of that one and etc. after watching this video I see that it’s better to turn your weaknesses into strengths before trying to capitalize on everything at once. And in doing so you will ultimately be great at whatever you want to be, barber, hair stylist, etc.. thanks for the tips bro!

Biggest take away: the key to success is to focus on the bigger picture that barbering can lead to. It isn't a one dimension craft, treat your barbering career like a baby nurture it, elevate it, only then will you see growth in your profession

Biggest take away. I should set a goal I want to obtain and focus on one main thing that’ll get me to that goal rather than trying to find 10 different things that’ll “get me to that goal” my sole focus should be on what I’m already good at not everything else that I’m mediocre

Biggest Takeaway: A lot of people have the mindset of "if i have multiple streams of income thats means more money." While this is true for certain occasions it just doesn't necessarily work like that all. Having multiple businesses and putting minimum efforts drains you from allowing you reach the full peak potential for each business. One business should be focused on at a time in order to reach it's maximum level. For example what you said a lot barbers tend to start clothing lines aside from barbering because they believe they can make more money since their making dog sh*t money with cutting. But in reality their just not making enough because of poor marketing and poor commitment! As a barber your main focus should be to scale your business as a barber and focus on what matters which is your business. Not trying to start other businesses to also be sh*tty at them and now just hitting plateau after plateau!

My biggest takeaway is that I can make more barbering if it’s my sole focus as opposed to trying a bunch of side hustles. Bruce Lee says he fears the man that’s practiced 1 kick 1000 times over the man that’s practiced 1000 kicks 1 time. I must give barbering my focus to be the best at it.
